So I came home to this…Toyota Kluger parked at my spot, and so horribly it ruined the parking lot for everyone to its left. I have half the mind to get council involved and have them pinned and towed…I know covid made lot of people selfish and inconsiderate but this is not on.
Get the body corporate to have it towed away. you paid for that spot , they didn’t

In late OP but I can’t believe that you’re getting a bit of grief for this post.
Your legal options are very limited. Non existent if you need it moved any time soon. Knock on every door to find out if the owner is around. No towie will move it. Council, police won't move it. Owners corporation can, but it can take a long time (weeks, months), as there is a long winded boring process they have to follow.
I s really made calls for it, yes they do tow them.
The council doesnt care about your private parking bay....and actually neither do I.
I got two people fined for doing this, so they do care.
