1. 200mg with my ADD meds really takes the anxious edge off as well as the jitters. same goes for caffeine. I don’t even really use any caffeine anymore unless L-Theanine is included.

  2. I take 200mg of l-theanine with a 30oz yeti of coffee daily. It takes away all the bad effects of caffeine and seems to make it last longer. If I forget to take the l-theanine and still drink coffee I get jitters. I’ve been doing this for over 5 years.

  3. I don't take any stimulant without theanine. Every stimulant. It goes amazing with just about everything... even non-stimulants. It's my favorite supplement to combine with non-supplements.
