1. Occasionally, I take my eyes off the screen and look at something else in the distance. I also change my settings on my computer to automatically switch to warmer colors in the evening to reduce my blue light consumption before bed.

  2. take multiple breaks from the screen, go outside and get sunlight, mess with your lighting on your computer screen, turn on night shade if you have a Mac during the day or always have it on.

  3. That is something I suffered with my first exam and for the second time I told the proctor before the exam started that I wanted to change the brightness and she did before it started. Helped me a lot!!
