1. If you're in the US, I don't think you do. Patient confidentiality and HIPPA laws means they don't get your medical records.

  2. In my opinion, you don't need to tell your boss unless you are planning to present as a man. As the others have pointed out, medical conditions are currently confidential in America and I hope noncontagious medical conditions will always be confidential.

  3. You don't need to tell your boss. If anyone needs any medical information, you're on a blood thinner. This is only in the event that you become injured at work, which even then you don't have to tell your boss but can tell whoever you feel should know.
