1. Nickelodeon was too much grossout humor for me. I did like Rocko and, of course, Looney Tunes. Cartoon Network was better. Flintstones, Jetsons, Smurfs, Snorks, Space Ghost, Birdman, etc.

  2. Frugal Gourmet, I haven't thought about that in a long time. For some reason I used to be obsessed with that show even though I was way too young to cook

  3. Dang that thing was bare bones, the guide the local paper stuck in the Sunday edition around here looked like spread sheet boxed off by half hours.

  4. Cartoons for me, I loved Tiny Toons! My mom however would have the church shows on with the evangelical preacher screaming at the top of his lungs and then asking for money. Hell, she still watches those shows! 😂

  5. 9- E! ...Talk Soup with Jon Henson or MTV...Oddities 9:30- MTV...Week in Rock 10- 11...Brady Bunch 10:30- 49...This Old House 11- 49... Frugal Gourmet 11:30- NIK...Ren and Stumpy 12- 9...Watcher in The Woods

  6. I loved the home improvement/workshop shows on PBS - This Old House, Hometime, New Yankee Workshop, etc. And Travels and Traditions with Burt Wolf.

  7. Channel 61 with the line up of Double Dragon, King Arthur and the Knights of Justice, followed by Rescue Rangers and Bill Nye sounds like a pretty legit way to start the day.

  8. I grew up without cable so to me, Sunday’s were “anti-TV day”. I’d usually watch This Old House and New Yankee Workshop on PBS with my dad and then after noon just watch some VHS tapes.
