How do you balance writing life and family life?
If you really and truly love something and are compelled to do it, you’ll
find a way to fit it into your life. Many writers not only find a workable balance between their writing and spending time with their families, but also work full-time jobs or study in addition to tending
to all of their other obligations such as having
a social life and attending to all the other tasks they need to
attend to. Without knowing the specifics of your particular situation, it would
be impossible to suggest a specific schedule that you might adopt so that you can fit
writing into your life more comfortably. Everyone has a hobby.
Some people play a musical instrument or a sport, some people do
crafts, others cook or travel, whatever it is that
you like to do, you’ll find a way to indulge yourself no
matter what responsibilities you have. Some people write in the morning, some at night.
There’s no hard and fast rule, and what works for me
might not work for you. You’ll figure it out as time goes by.
