Depends how old your SaveGame is. It got added with v1.6 so if you started the SaveGame then its there
Is this only available on the official server, or is it part of the scenario?
Its on both (Server and Scenario)
I have yet to get any tokens. Do we have to activate it somehow?
No, but it does require a freash SaveGame when this got added
