To me, spending out-of-state tuition will always be nonsensical, so you do you, obviously, but as someone who previously went to UCSD and currently attends SDSU, the STEM program at UCSD is leagues ahead of SDSU. SDSU is a school that primarily serves the county of San Diego. Thereās out-of-state and international students at SDSU, but itās a far-cry from the tens of thousands of them, just over 20 percent, at UCSD. In one biology course I had 7 foreign students out of 10 of us in a study group. UCSD is a prestigious research school at the forefront of a lot of these fields. Thatās not to diminish SDSU, I just believe that they serve and appeal to very different things, academically, socially, financially, etc. If you are going to spend a PREMIUM for out-of-state tuition ANYWHERE, make sure itās perfect, because youāre paying much more. Do you want a public school like UCSD and SDSU at private school costs? Thatās honestly why I would recommend you stay local for your BA. I know itās a lot, it was for me when I first decided, but I would make a plan and review it with your counselor or apply for your schoolās AVID program! Weigh EVERY option, even community colleges too.

Emperor Mark or Atom Eve at full potential for sure. Thragg is up there too though.
