Especially if you’re climbing the leagues fast, if he was released by Arsenal he doesn’t have top top potential so it’s good to sell if the offer is good
Honestly, the club won't magically start making money without you. They may find sponsors now and then, but they will never come in quick enough to match the pace of your progression up the leagues.
Agree with everything except ignoring of cups - money from the FA cup, especially if you get an away draw against a big PL team, can be a huge influx of money
Depends on which version of them returns from injury. We haven’t exactly missed Casemiro with the form he was in, and Martinez, whilst not nearly as bad, wasn’t having a good time of it.
If you’re having trouble finding players to trial or sign because you have few scouts and they’re bad - go to suggest transfer targets under your general manager, they’ll always find a gem or two. Also if you ever hire staff, even a physio, when you confirm the hire you can ask them to recommend a signing
I’ve found a huge difference, at least in lower leagues, with playing for set pieces on and off. Seems like attacks just halt as players are trying to draw fouls and not finish attacks when that’s on. I get the concept because you have Trent but that might be your issue
Doesnt improving in every other metric which is useless to his position, decreases the chances of improving main attributes(finishing, first touch etc)?
Depends what you mean by useless, even if I have an advanced forward I want his strength to be worked on as well. Especially at a young age it’s good to get their physicals up as much as possible.
I started fm24 the way I always do, with ManU. First season I won the league by GW32 and I’m two finals away from a treble. Was really hoping it would be more challenging
I do love a good DM/CB hybrid. I love the idea of aggressive fullbacks/wingbacks and a DM that stays back and sort of creates a back 3. This guy is the perfect way to do this. Maybe an Anchor? Has good passing but low vision
Every few months I’ll scout players at most 19 who 1) have an international cap or 2) have a youth cap and a match rating above 7.0 rating

I had Bayern sign Evan Ferguson from Tottenham for 360m euros
Luka took the Mavs to the conference finals 2 years ago lol. Not everyone can get drafted onto a one seed.
And as a rookie Tatum led the Celtics to 7 games against lebron in the conference finals. That team was a 2 seed because of him, not with him
Even 37 year old cristiano was better than that entire squad pretty much. We forget how him, de Gea and Bruno carried us in his first season
Carried us where? lmao
To the champions league knockouts, and much higher up the table than where we would’ve actually finished without them
Whoopty freakin do
Two saves for me, in my Man U save he got called up to the Euros at 18, but in my longer term save he got released at the end of his contract
Darren Fletcher in shambles, his son picking Rooney and not him
If Marquinhos and Ramos are off defensive duty they could roam and playmake more. Hope this helps
inside full back? is that the inverted wing back?
If this is fm24, there’s a role called inverted fullback that is different from inverted wingback and will tuck in exactly like you described.

Martinez wasn’t having a good time of it??? We saw him for legitimately 45 minutes against wolves and that’s it
He played in more games than that.
You’re absolutely right, my fault

David Beckham lite
Train him as a complete forward to improve as many attributes as you can

Celtic signed De Gea in mine. 30k p/w!
Yeah this is true but for every fofana there is an Angelo Gabriel, Casedai, Andrey Santos etc
Given what they’ve done so far who is buying any of those players for profit
Turned down a 35m+ on santos already, (20m profit)
Think 35m is still available considering he can’t get game time at Forest?
Lmao on it being a “poor” intake!
Get him in the gym regardless and get his strength up

That sounds like a HB to me
Man what computer do you have that runs at that speed with those amount of leagues loaded?!?
This might be the best player I’ve ever seen. Wow!
Burton Albion uses St George's Park, where England trains so their youth facilties are great
Now this is interesting!
Fulham and Southampton are the top contenders. Maybe West Ham?
Fulham interesting, I figured they would struggle against the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea in the London area
