That's my problem too up until now. But what I did is paid someone in the internet (did my due diligence) to fix it since nagtatrabaho na ako and nasa province yung parents ko para ayusin yun. Pinaayos ko ng January, nag start lumakad yung papel ng Feb, and by April, hopefully, makalaya na ako sa pagiging colurum hahahahaha! Try searching for "birth certificate annotation". I paid 5k + another 2k after matapos nung process. Sobrang daming missed opportunity dahil sa bwiset na birth cert na yan. PM if you need an advice or help.
