I get the unrealistic expextations.we finally got the proper staffing. Then, our department was the golden standard department because we actually had people to fix issues. Then they took our staffing away due to telling me they weren't going to replace the people who left. Now our department is falling to the way side. plus, I'm a PE trainer and credit training and helping departments that are just as understaffed. They really don't affect the SPen as much if you're deliberate with your pen strokes. Light strokes will have trouble for sure. Following my adjustment to using the SPen with the magnetic ring, there's now only a small spot in which I have trouble. It's a convenient spot as well, so I have that working for me.
