1. Mine just said performance as it's subject

  2. I don't know how you figure you're paying $200 a month to run a spa, but you probably aren't.

  3. Call Sundance and ask to wet test one of their hot tubs with the accu-pressure seats and SMT (soothing muscle therapy) seats. The accu-pressure seat can push me out of the seat on full power and I'm not a small guy. The SMT jets can either feel like needles poking you in the back or they can be adjusted for a deep massage. We have a Sundance Chelsee. It is a 7 person but 4-5 comfortably.

  4. They also just started putting percussive jets in their 880 series

  5. Easy fix, order 6600-551, it should be red. Drain spa, and unscrew the sensor in the filter well.

  6. Your maintenance guy is causing it.  It's kind or unrealistic for a company to spend 20-30 min at each place unfortunately,  but yea, hes shocking amd leaving,  I bet he's there 3 minutes total.

  7. Heated seats, that can't be remotely turned on... I'm very happy with my 23 SEL, but do sometimes wish I had the SE RWD for extra range.   I get where I need to go just fine though,  which is 200 miles at a time. Its not great for road trips yet.  You may also want to wait a year to get standard charging port

  8. Are you suggesting that it's impossible for someone to come in and put $100k of repairs in a month?

  9. This is totally user error, not @ease fault

  10. That is a pretty bad amount of discoloration and very unusual. I'd guess you have some really out of balance water, or someone's window is amplifying the sun rays at your hot tub.

  11. Just worry about the pH. Alkalinity doesn't matter much if it's staying up, just add a little decreaser when needed and let alkalinity be at 40.  If you see a drop in pH, add alkalinity

  12. Try using the digital key instead. I find it to be very useful. I also set up a widget on a side screen for starting, and lock/unlock.  It's pretty handy and I don't drove with my keys much.

  13. Turn the tub off. Remove filter/s. Open cabinet and locate the flow switch (clear plastic T with vinyl tubing going to it, wire coming out of it too). Turn tub on, and watch flow switch.

  14. Outside of shell, to outside of shell. The foot print is quite a bit smaller, as the pan comes in several inches

  15. You are answering from 2 different accounts it appears

  16. Get a used one that is good quality for that much. Don't spend $6k,it's just not going to be a good hot tub.

  17. Does that tub have 2 jet pumps?  If it does, you probably can't convert it

  18. Depends on the pumps. Sometimes you can rewire them to run on 120

  19. It would be a poor idea if it wasn't designed to do that

  20. After a massive snowfall in our neighborhood, the entire family, as one, decided to get into the hot tub. Everything was so snow-white and picture-perfect. We all started to do polar bear rolls in the fresh snow before leaping back into the hot tub. The snow banks were so high off the deck that my son disappeared when he jumped into it. The sharp tingles you get when jumping back into a hot tub are refreshing (once it goes away).

  21. Mine definitely is after snowfall too. I love how bright it is at night.

  22. That corner could be holding the drain cap, which could have not been tightened enough or wiggled loose.  See if there is a pvc line going up, with a black cap.  Pretty famous for being a slow leak cause. Also p/n 6600-551 is a new temp sensor. They sucked for a bit and need replacement. Jacuzzis fault, not yours

  23. I would absolutely,  never suggest to anyone that using that water is a good idea. Y'all seem cool AF with thinking that is a fine idea. No way disgusting, drain the water and fill it back up, it's a few bucks.

  24. Hi! Yes, now it turns on. Time to replace the heating element?

  25. Do you think the whole tube needs to be changed or only the heating element?

  26. Not OP but are test strips really that bad? I am about a year in and been able to keep things looking good with them.

  27. No, they really aren't that bad. I'd never sell someone a teat kit for the hot tub, because they won't test nearly as often.

  28. There are only a handful of people that have them yet.  Csn you go sit in one?  Make sure you fit comfortably. IR therapy is believed by some, and not by others. It will be hard to get a real answer. That spa is efficient and should run $25-35 a month to run

  29. I'd be very surprised if phosphates were causing cloudiness . How long has your fresh water been in there?  What was going on before that?

  30. Yes we have a tiny waterfall. I had changed it about 3 weeks ago and it kept having tons of big foam, the foam down seemed to really mess it up.

  31. So the water is fine now after the 2nd change?

  32. In the area that filter is in,is a label, it says. J-235 or J-275. If it's 7x7, it's a 235
