I couldn’t believe this stat at first but it seems to be true. How can there be this many unidentified 9/11 victims? Are there truly 1100 victims whose identities are a complete mystery, or is it more like “these people disappeared in downtown Manhattan on 9/11 but we never positively identified their remains”?
Lift most of the Sanctions and recognize Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk as part of a peace deal; in return, Russia withdraws from Ukraine and pays the damages they caused to Ukraine(But no Treaty of Versailles Shit). Using seized assets from Russian oligarchs to help pay for this could be a good approach, without punishing the Russia people.
