TPD is all over the place like Red was all over the place. I find a lot of similarities between the two actually, which I've bolded below. My opinion is that TPD is being received most critically now but will gain favor over time like Red did.
It’s funny how Red has always been my all time fave and now TTPD is very possibly going to take its place after it being my top for a long time. I think k both albums are brilliant and some of her best work. Baby 22 year old Taylor and TTPD era Taylor are so raw and vulnerable and i think that’s showcased beautifully on both albums.
I love this album. I already know I am going to cherish it forever and it will just get better with time. It’s so artistic and beautiful. It’s one of her best in my opinion.
I hate it here, Peter, and how did it end? Are the only skips for me currently but it’s not because I don’t like the songs. They are just so slow and tame that I find them a bit boring if I’m not in the mood for a real slowish song but I can still appreciate how pretty they are!
This song is a masterpiece oh my god I tear up even just thinking about it. The way she sings exorcise my demons is absolutely heartbreakingly beautiful and one of my favorite moments on the album
