1. "Who Let the Dogs Out?" by Baha Men might win that trophy. It's catchy but also the kind of song you can't escape at every party, game, or wedding

  2. No joke, it’s largely thanks to its inclusion in Rugrats in Paris: The Movie

  3. There’s nothing quite like this show…but I’d definitely recommend Carol and the End of the World if you want a really artsy show with a lot of heart that’s similarly melancholy. Also highly recommend The Venture Bros

  4. I solved it! I have 0 interest in ever speaking with this person.

  5. I was gonna say, that’s a lot of words to say “please never message me”

  6. I wouldn’t pay $20 for a brand new one of these…how does he actually expect to sell this?

  7. Good catch! And Jake's character likes Katy Perry --- he mouths along to "Firework" in the episode "Soda", IIRC -- and probably other pop stars I'm forgetting.

  8. If Soda is the one where Amir is stuck in the vending machine, I think it was California Girls. He gets Amir to start singing it to calm down after getting horribly injured

  9. Ah yes that’s right. My mistake. I think that video was the first time I heard that song lol

  10. They are very specifically making fun of Nazis. I thought these people were pretending they don't like Nazis?

  11. It’s like…they don’t like Nazis, but you also can never call anyone a Nazi, ever. Even if they’re covered in 88 and iron cross tattoos, waving a swastika flag, wearing a Fuck Antifa shirt, and screaming “I am a Nazi, death to the Jews” through a megaphone, you’d better not call a spade a spade. That guy might be anti-abortion after all. They need him on their side!

  12. Moscow mules are pretty damn good. I went to a bar once that had like a dozen different vodka infusions and tried one with peach vodka…omg. Best drink I think I’ve still ever had

  13. I mean it’s clear to me all these photos are of different strippers.

  14. I feel like most people, and particularly very observant folks, can remember seeing the moon during the day as a kid, and wonder how it was possible. At least I did.

  15. I remember reading some magazine as a kid that had a question and answer segment where kids write in with science questions and the magazine publishes them and provides an answer. One of them was asking about how you can see the moon during the day, and the answer was something like “the light of the sun obscures the moon during the day, so you can’t see it.” I remember seeing that and thinking “…yes you can…? I saw it with my own eyes like yesterday?”

  16. When you believe that we live under a dome and all the stars, planets, etc. are just projections on it, then it's not a far stretch. Flat earthers refer to NASA as "Never A Straight Answer" - they think it's all a lie to turn us away from god.

  17. ahoy spongebob I've overdosed on ketamine and I'm going to die

  18. I actually can’t rewatch this episode again, because it is so painful and galling that this is where Bojack was driven to. The betrayed and justified reaction from Charlotte is so relatable, it’s too much for me to handle. That is a shame, because one of the greatest moments in the show (for me) is also in that episode. Namely, the scene where Bojack is riding back to LA, completely defeated and empty of emotion, and then the show has this jaw dropping montage of sky in the background (iykyk) that is -chef’s kiss-

  19. My bf is watching the show for the first time, when we got to this episode I told him “it’s one of the best episodes of the show and I hate watching it”

  20. You can check omission beers testing though per each individual can and it’s always less then 5% ppm

  21. What is 5% ppm? I don’t think ppm is measured that way. The maximum for what can be considered gluten free is 20 ppm. 5% would be 50000.

  22. Ah I see. I didn’t realize omission was that low tbh

  23. I had a similar thought, I was like this office or whatever seems really grim and depressing…this is supposed to be where architects reside? And then putting “The Good Place” in quotes was weird too…still didn’t guess the reveal though

  24. P.S: if u know a video essay that talks abt Diane’s and Bojack’s relationship during the show that would be nice

  25. Haven’t watched this one but it looks promising:

  26. Cody and Noel, Jake and Amir, and Brittany Broski are 3 top picks for me

  27. I think this is the third Leave The World Behind/Francis Scott Key Bridge conspiracy post I’ve seen today

  28. The movie was not good at all. It is full of tropes and tries entirely to hard at everything. My “favorite” part is when the slightly racist rich white lady lets down her guard and dances with a black man.

  29. Whom she then immediately considers cheating on her husband with

  30. I enjoyed it. But I usually find things to enjoy about most movies so I don't hate them or feel like I wasted my time. It has to be exceptionally bad for me to be upset.

  31. I usually do too, this one just didn’t have enough good things about it to exceed my disappointment with how poorly executed it was. I really try not to be a hater, this movie just took all the optimism out of me lol

  32. I really like talking about movies too, so I appreciate the discussion!

  33. That’s fair. As much as I dislike it, I have to admit it’s not like damaging to society or anything. There are certainly worse movies out there. It also bothered be how many negative reviews I’ve seen about this movie that mention the Obamas or how it’s “anti-white” or too woke or whatever nonsense. That’s not what’s wrong with it at all. Obama really didn’t have much to do with the creation of this movie outside of producing it and apparently fact-checking the script. Anyone criticizing the movie for those reasons is missing the point

  34. "Fool me once, shame on you. But teach a man to fool me and I will be fooled for the rest of my life."

  35. Fool me once, fool me twice, fool me chicken soup with rice.

  36. As a european I'm ashamed to have forgotten my culture like this. I must revoke my european license

  37. By European I mean “primarily Great Britain at least 150 years ago” of course

  38. Oh thank god. Boy good think no other part of Europe has ever done anything questionable (clueless)

  39. I hear the French are a kind, welcoming people with no controversial history! And Spain of course, what an absolutely unproblematic past
