You can use the damage types of spells that are the same level as the spell slot used to cast the spell. So if you cast magic missile at level 3 you could do fire damage with it if you have fireball in your spellbook. Note that you do not need to have fireball prepared for this.

Misschien vrij random, maar zou het gedwongen karakter van culturele educatie op de middelbare school hier mee te maken kunnen hebben? Rond de eeuwwisseling hadden we CultureelKunstzinnigeVorming en dit heeft bij mij destijds, samen met het vak literatuur, aardig wat weerzin opgewekt tegen delen van de wat meer klassieke cultuur. Nu kan ik dit ondertussen zeker weer waarderen (maar op mijn eigen manier/termen), maar ik vroeg me opeens af of dit te maken kan hebben met het verschil met omringende landen.
Ooit via een verzameling klassieke platen enkele operas in bezit gekregen en geluisterd. De enige opera die me echt raakte was de parelvissers en ik vroeg me af of men hier wellicht nog weet van een uitvoering in Nederland die er aankomt en dat men tips heeft waar te zoeken/het in de gaten te houden. Alvast bedankt!
this maybe my first comment on reddit, this book series is the tip top of my favorites. i find rereading books hard. i reread this in its entirety every few years.
Do you have a link for the patch notes? I haven't played since getting the bug where I don't get souls from retiring goblins as I'm just handicapped from it and will make progress of expanding the halls so much longer. Hopefully it's fixed
I had 3 lvl 4 players at a magical island and they went into the jungle where they encountered a Girallon. The creature beat his 4 arms in his chest and screeched an alarm into the jungle. More creatures could be heard in the distance. I rolled to see how many rounds it would take them to get there (4) and also to see how many they were (also 4). The players dispatched the first one within one and a half rounds, but decided not to run to a safer spot (or out of their territory) but to try to surprise them. They hid behind trees and readied their actions. They got one of the Girallon but after that they were overwhelmed and all went down.
