I'm curious as to what caused the grey colouring across the model. Was is overzealous drybrushing or an intentional weathering effect? Other than that it is an interesting idea and I like the colour scheme

It was mostly overzealous and monochromatic, drybrushing (especially on the gun, but the green glow surprisingly worked, which is a win), but grey was chosen for a weathered effect. I still haven't quite gotten the hang of it, and need to work on what colors work in what ways.

I think the effect looks really good on the helmet and could look good on other black areas, if it's applied carefully
