Honestly, I think with high quality collagen you could get a lot of the amino acids these guys have been recommending, like creatine and some more with the exception of cistein. Check the amino acid profile of a quality collagen brand and the rest you can get by consuming animal proteins on dayly basis. You won't gain muscle, youll just get toned.

I bought tiny amounts from my vendor sometimes because people were raving over it and even though i took a tiny tiny bit I still felt like I was going to die- it was so bad. Afterwards I saw on twitter someone died from that exact strain(had to be the same vendor unique name).I still love and am absolutely loyal to my vendor but it's all made me realize how unnecessary extracts are for kratom,if I take too much regular kratom I get sick why would I risk it? Plain kratom is more then enough.

Only open the tub if you have to, otherwise place them in a closet or something that's pretty clean with a desk fan and modify your tub using micropose filter disc or micropore tape to allow fresh air in and the CO2 out.
