1. If I’m parked on a hill I use it. If I’m not I don’t. When I drove stick shift I always used it and put the car in gear lol.

  2. Probably becoming a hero of the horn in the process, which may mean that her future incarnations would be ta'veren

  3. That doesn’t sound like a correct statement to me. I’ll have to look it up though.

  4. At the end of AMOL he can no longer channel the one power as the book ends. The Dragon being a hero of the horn kinda feels like an exception to the rule because he must exist to fight against the shadow. Still feel slike an unclear answer lol.

  5. Honestly I think the two probably gotta share the #1 podium slot as they are both amazing and I'd never be able to pick between them.

  6. Nice dong ya got there brother! All joking aside- it's more an issue of people with insecurities. I have no issue talking to a friend or another guy at the gym and complimenting a fellow swoldier on his gains lol.

  7. Not a man, but I’ll own sad, strange, and little. Egwene is a badass, fight me.

  8. Honestly as annoying as some of the arrogant bullcrap is- she is a bad ass in many ways. Also- her arrogance is understandable given that she is a teenager thrust into what is essentially the top authority in the land with minimal training. Of course she's mimic the traits she saw in other strong female teachers she had.

  9. Egwene just spent weeks convincing aes sedai to start trusting each other and to work together. Siuane taking her from the tower directly after the seanchan attack makes it look like egwene fled the tower.

  10. Yes and no on the fleeing thing- everyone knows she kicked ass and took names because all those people who were with her vouch for all she did.

  11. The fact that they treat her saying for people to get out and vote AND NOT EVEN SAYING WHO SHE SUPPORTS as a conspiracy tells you all you need to know about their party. Un-democratic as fuck. Newsom called it in that article. They know they'll lose if more citizens exercise their right to vote. They know they're the minority so less people voting benefits them.

  12. It's like those nightmares when you can't move properly...

  13. I think I remember this being talked about in the past and it was a grandparent that just doesn't get around well but absolutely freaking terrifying.

  14. Don’t forgot totally changing how they kill Durza at the end

  15. Honestly the part that hurt the most for me was that Dwarves and Elves don't even exist. Urgals are just barbarian looking dudes. They strayed so far from the source material.

  16. Right. Urgals were a good adaption if orcs. Although they definitely seem like rip offs of trollocs

  17. Yes and no- I'd say they were more like something in between Orcs and Trollocs. They have horns but they are not animal-like so much as "Primal".

  18. I'd be so much less bothered by this kinda shit (as it's fiction in this case) if a 29 year old man impregnating a 17 year old girl were treated the same way. You know it wouldn't be. Both are wrong make no mistake- but it's PC to blame the man for both while the "strong independent and just as capable as a man" woman is given a pass cause consequences are not for them.

  19. I'm reminded of the scene from Ironman 2 where they call him in for a congressional hearing and he shows the footage of North Korea tryin to make his suit.

  20. Lol! “Alpha Male?!” I just can’t with these guys! That’s a grown ass adult right? I mean he’s wearing a suit and all that and knows how to type so I assume so but Jesus! “Alpha Male?” I’m crying!

  21. Yeah, when you gotta tell people you're an "alpha male"- you're really not. That said, how fuckin dumb do you gotta be to look at that relationship and then label the one that is clearly MUCH MORE WEALTHY as a gold digger lol....

  22. I expected them to at least attempt to follow the story line. That dumpster fire is at best “loosely based on The WoT”.

  23. Man I don't even wanna talk to people if I don't have to at 7am. Definitely ain't got "throw hands" energy that early.

  24. It was honestly one of the moments when I realized I actually didn’t hate Nyneave anymore.

  25. She was another of those characters that I started off hating and loved by the end. She really did try to always do right but her ego/age/anger seemed to win out for the majority of the time. It's what made moments like this so good. Her testing was the part that really solidified it for me- when she tells them that whether they say she passed or not she was going to help Rand fight the DO.

  26. I mean, I was fully on board after she bodied Moghedian.

  27. That was a good part too for sure. I was more impressed by the character growth of the scene with Myrelle though as it showed a level of restraint and humility she'd lacked that annoyed the hell outa me in other chapters.

  28. Well at my gym, the cable cross is a three tower setup with two separate cable crosses on it that has three lat pulldowns, two cable row stations and four spots where tricep pushdowns or extensions can be done from. Other than at 5-6pm on a week day, it's rarely ever so busy that there isn't another of the exact same type of machine available.

  29. Damn that sounds nice. It doesn't take too many people for it to get busy at mine unless they are all doing cardio.

  30. It's honestly a really cool gym. It's not flashy or fancy but there's lots of well maintained equipment and I've never seen any BS/Drama/Yelling there. People just go there to get work done then bail for the most part. The handful of people I've spoken with are all really cool and it's just a chill.

  31. Boss chewed out my coworker in front of everyone after the boss lied to customer and got caught because my coworker told the client the truth.

  32. Of course, and that is why she is on the hook for whatever consequences there could be. I don’t think it’s even possible to pass a bond without the original bond holder and the recipient both agreeing. The only one who doesn’t get a vote is the warder.

  33. She thanks Myrelle for saving Lan- you are indeed correct. She does it begrudgingly and through all but gritted teeth but she does thank her.
