1. Add fucking more guns and weapons, I play single player only even after messing the with the servers settings and loots options still can’t find any weopons, I don’t want to play the whole game with a bow it’s boring and also make the nights more darker

  2. There are a LOT of guns and weapons.

  3. TIL bobby pins and crowbars can unlock stuff. Thank you

  4. Do not forget, bobby pins MUST be crafted into improvised lockpicks, and they are NO USE if you have no screwdriver to use with them.

  5. Hey devs! I have a question for u guys, when the game completely release, the files to open a private server will be released to all players? I wanna open my own server in my machine.I love your work if game and anxious for the launch for the game!

  6. The devs talked about it in the last interview, I would recommend you check this out:

  7. If I'm not mistaken, the devs said this will be implemented in the future more than 3 years ago.

  8. I hadn't noticed. I'll keep a heads up. Doest anyone know what happened to Raykit? He posted a video the other day stating he's hanging up the red beanie and moving on with some important things.

  9. My guess would be the same reason to why Luthais and Casual Wardog are letting their differences aside and are united now.

  10. movement changes coming with the mid april update.

  11. I was resting in a bush once (literally watching my wounds heal) and a puppet spawned right next to me screaming along with a few of his fellows not to far away. I guess I should have been using a bow instead of a gun in my sleep because even resting I make too much noise.

  12. Theoretically a Krueger + Silencer should be very safe to use inside Abandoned Bunkers, because of how quiet is a .22 pistol silenced.

  13. To me it just sounds like they want the devs to drop everything to fix this game that they already claim to be buggy. It's as if everybody in this community has this game working perfectly fine and not buggy at all except for OP's map and death screen so surely since everyone else's games are not buggy at all this needs to be brought to immediate attention. OP has no desire for workarounds he just wants to complain.

  14. Dude, you're so bitter, calm down. I just asked for it to be fixed. Didn't say "FIX THIS GODDAM PILE OF TRASH ASAP" Yes, this post was just to complain. I know white map will disappear after some restarts, I just don't have the patience to do all the workarounds all the time. Just sad this bugs were not solved after that much time, but since I play this game since 2019 I know how things work. Had 3 friends playing the game 2 months ago, they love Survival games, they all stopped playing after less than a week because of the bugs and problems at the time. I don't know about you, but I feel sad about this.

  15. All you have to do is reopen the game.

  16. Done it, problem persisted. Did not open the game again.

  17. I really really want to work as a Game Dev, you have no idea. Unfortunately I'll remain as a Solution Analyst until a company hire me.

  18. As someone who works in mobile gaming, try this first. Landing job at mobile is vastly easier, and then you can ramp up experience to use to move to other type of gaming company. I have a lot of friends who took this path, I stayed for money (successful mobile games generate tons of monies and you will feel it even as a simple employee).

  19. I edited it after reading more of what you said

  20. Impossible, I live in Brazil and there are no Official servers here, so I play on community servers, and all my achievements I got on those community servers.

  21. I've not heard of this, but I'm going to say if they made some kind of region based adaptation, the answer would be 0 plug-ins, and no custom settings. Completely vanilla.

  22. But the problem is that there is no counterplay to the horde besides using cheesy mechanics or already being geared. I have 400 hours in the game and I struggle looting a small compound. The frequency of puppets respawning and the likelihood of you being noticed is way too high. Now imagine what a new player is going to do. I don't think I would be interested in coming back if all what happened to me was get a horde and die without counterplay

  23. 100% agreed. I have 1500 hours and I'm suffering, just imagine my noob friends.

  24. Horde spawning on top of you has almost no viable counterplay, unless you are kitted with an assault rifle, or cheese it by summoning horde while you are in an unreachable location, like the roof of a house, and killing puppets from safety. Then looting the area while horde is on cooldown.

  25. Agreed. I was playing SCUM with two friends who I introduced the game. They never played or heard about SCUM and they are being DESTROYED by hordes. They dont even risk high-loot Zones, they are being mawled down by zombies in little farms and small villages, they are too scared to go to medium-big cities. I am a experienced player so I am able to loot cities by myself and not being noticed frequently. Ysterday I was alone in a little farm, and a zombie called a horde (I was using bow and arrow). I had NOWHERE to go, I usually play as very weak characters 1.5 STR, 1 CON, 4.5 DEX, 5 INT, and I couldn't run away, there was about 10-12 puppets, I was killed and had no money, I spawned more than half an hour away from where I was. When I got back for my corpse there was nothing left to be looted. When I was with them (two friends), we went to a police station, we were together, and being stealth. A puppet called a horde on us. We Killed them, 2 minutes later, out of thin air another horde came, killed them, another horde, killed them (by this point we were not able to loot the police station at all, only killing hordes, running and trying to stay alive), then came the fourth horde, we barely made it alive, and we just ran out of the city. The first horde had a sound queue, the others didn't. I mean, if me for me, an experienced player, it's hard, for my noob friends it's even harder. They are liking the game, not gonna lie, but still, they don't want to loot better locations because the chances of them dying are too high. When I started the game, even though high-loot locations were hard for me, it was still worth risking for fun, trying to hide from mechs. How do you hide or fight an horde of 8 puppets if you are New to the game and only have a bow and arrow? Even if it's 4 puppets, it's still undoable for them. I agree with high pop hordes in bunkers, and other high-loot POIs, but in small villages and farms, it just pushes away noobs. Seems like this is an update for experienced players only.
