More than likely you’ll make it with plenty of time, but there is always a small risk. The few times the immigration line was chaos, the planes did hold for people.
We can’t tell what happened. Was the flight cancelled? Did you book 2 tickets? United wouldn’t just randomly cancel a flight unless something went wrong.
Did you look into Croatia? It’s one of the few places in Europe that has a similar mix to Mallorca (although you may need to drive more than in Mallorca). I went in July - hot but not unbearable.
Pre + clear always saves me time even when the line appears longer than pre alone. Only 1x recently at sfo I noticed the pre line going faster. It’s definitely working for a lot of us, but it’s always when it isn’t working that people are the loudest.
This is a helpful review. I stayed at the FS Anguilla and loved it; stayed at Zemi too which was not good. I’d love to go back to FS. We did a dinner at Pimms and didn’t feel like it was worth the price or trip. The rooms definitely looked tired at Belmond and would suggest FS if you get a chance to go again!
I stayed at FS and Cap Jaluca and found Cap Jaluca to be nicer and better on all fronts. But I also stayed at La Samanna in St Martin and enjoyed that property a lot more than both.

They aren’t dated, but they are very minimalistic. I would say you’re going to Cap for the beach whereas FS is more about the pool. The beach in front of the Cap Juluca may be the most beautiful and clean in all of Anguilla, which in my opinion is what Anguilla is for.
Le Sereno was not worth it imo. Subpar service. Food was good, not great. Room was average. The beach had a lot of gunk in it. Even if you go down farther along that same beach to Le Barthélemy, it was a nicer beach. We had a meal there and the food was excellent. I didn’t stay there so I can’t comment on the rooms. Rosewood looked a lot nicer. Are you sure you want to go to St Barths? I find it to be one of the least interesting islands and would only go there again with a big group for more of the party scene.
Yes they pay. I always take the flight credit instead of cash and have gotten it in my account in a few days. If you want cash, they email the check and it takes a few months.
As a larger person, this kinda infuriates me seeing space wasted on children who don't need it, but now when I need to book tickets it's that much harder to get a seat that fits me, both for my benefit and the benefit of people next to me.
I’ve had shorter connections at Frankfurt and even had time for the lounge. I’ve also had longer ones and almost missed the flight.

CLEAR at SFO has been good. Minimal or no wait for Domestic and International flights. Not even functional at other airports
I haven’t had issues at any other airports. I never fly through Denver which seems to be an airport that people on this sub complain about a lot.

Yup I’ve been saying this too. From Sezane they also only wear a few pieces. No personal style at all.

Positano. It has become a tourist trap. Nothing authentic about the town. Although it is beautiful. Just overrated.

Have you checked the weather and what is open in Positano? I thought the town shuts down mid October. More than likely it won’t be beach weather.

Exactly this. There is a path around the FS that’s a beautiful walk, one of the nicest in all of the South of France.
