I will agree with other comments. Selling resin or acyclic anything the market is flooded with paintings. The only ones I can sell is $5 or $10 just too build a customer responses. I remember I even sold some for free just to get my foot in the door online. Very competitive so don’t think this will be a second revenue stream. More like another expense since its a hobby.
I had that happen to me before with casting and it was a chemical reaction that off gassed. I dont remember what products I used but I had to start over. Yes prebrush the casting with resin first and and use the deep pour resin
