1. Totally agree. She’s really stepping up. I love watching this team play. I love Florida and love Tim Walton but he it’s concerning he hasn’t learned by now you have to pitch by committee and can’t ride one arm to the championship. He’s going to tire Rothrock out and I fear she is already regressing. It won’t matter how great Otis, or Erickson, or Wallace is if they don’t have pitching.

  2. He did learn that lesson. Florida won in 2015 off the arms of Heager, Gourley, and Ocasio. They just haven’t recruited pitchers that well.

  3. The older I got the more I realized the CW didn’t know how to write women.

  4. By the letter, the final play is clean. By the spirit of any notion of player safety, it sure seems like the catcher should be required to let a terrible throw go rather than charge up the basepath and collide at full speed to receive it. It’s fine to have it this way but not if routine plays at the plate with minimal contact are still going to be decided by obstruction.

  5. Florida fan, but honestly the way they are playing right now I don't see why not.  The only downside I've seen is they seem to struggle with downball pitching. If they can come around on that, i think they're as good as anybody.

  6. They found a way against Kayla Beaver in a way that Florida teams in the past haven’t.

  7. They beat Beaver on Friday 2-0 on unearned runs and lost to Beaver on Sunday 3-0, so there’s that

  8. Most promising thing I’ve seen from Florida is week to week improvement.

  9. Writing a merciless, cold blooded murder through the lens of a character that was supposed to be a hero was TOUGH on my conscience.

  10. Yea I think Will will probably love it. I think he commented on the 2 older mafioso guys before. Idk their names but I think they're both pretty well known actors/comedians.

  11. I always thought his motivation was more about the fact that money came at a premium growing up and for the first time in his life, he had easy money and it was coming in bulk.

  12. "There is no saving me from this! Okay? You ever think that's the point? Maybe you're not supposed to." "I'm not giving up... and you're not giving up either." "Oh, no, no, no, I'm not giving up. Maybe I'm giving in. You see, I've been outrunning death for a while now. The Siege, the island... but when Diaz shot me, that felt different, like I was finally at the end, and I made my peace with that. And maybe it's time you did too."

  13. My first grade teacher noticed signs in me and I spent two years getting tested before being diagnosed at 9. I didn't really realize how it affected me until I got older. Doesn't help that the administration at my high school called me lazy, teachers made me think I didn't care and was a bad student. I was really dealing with the paralysis, executive dysfunction, and struggled with attention and comprehension that come with ADHD. Luckily for me, my mom and a counselor helped me realize where ADHD was hurting me and I figured out ways to mitigate my symptoms in college. Wasn’t always perfect but I graduated with a 3.11 GPA after having a sub 3.0 in high school. Now I’m in grad school feeling far better as a student than I ever have.

  14. Florida’s is for sure conflated by their easy schedule and I wouldn’t be surprised to see both numbers come down… but considering where pitching was last year, I’ll still take it.

  15. Alabama may not win a series but they sure as hell won’t get swept

  16. Yep, you beat them, but let's not pretend this was runner-up FSU from last year...this is a Mediocre FSU thats way too over ranked. They were 17-5 with losses to Charlotte, Jacksonville University, FGCU, so 5 should have beat them.. So we also found the pitcher that Murphy is going to run into the ground until she broke like Fouts ended up. It's just too bad that Beaver has to go through the same thing

  17. Buddy we’re not Oklahoma. 4 runs is a great game for us period.

  18. Peoples expectations (and lack of ability to take a joke) are hilarious

  19. Catcher dropped ball and it went to the backstop, runner from third broke home, and when she tried to tag her knee, she jammed her hand somehow.

  20. This hurts my heart to read. I saw something about her getting hurt on Twitter.

  21. I’ve only seen one LSU game this season but are they really as good as their record shows, or have they had a fairly easy schedule so far? Because if they’ve faced tough opponents and been able to come back in games, I don’t see how they aren’t #1 right now.

  22. You can't count #3 cause it's on this week ranking run Tuesday through Monday. So next week this win will count

  23. I’m not really arguing rankings as much as quality of team.

  24. Give me all the cheese, please. Honestly, I love sweet and fluffy. I love steamy and cliche. I love cool on the outside, boiling on the inside. I love awkward and adorkable.

  25. Indeed! Everybody's different, but for me, it's exactly why I often write couples that don't tend to have many internal problems in their relationship and are a unit fighting against something else. Very Secret Saturdays, for people who remember that show--two of the leads, the protagonist's parents, were a perfectly happy married couple. It was nice!

  26. Yes! And I tend to take this exact approach when it comes to conflict with my characters. I don’t want to contrive it just for it to exist.

  27. This the best Gator team since 2018. They are so complete

  28. To me, it was a bad season filled with the standard CW mediocre inconsistent writing which destroyed its ending with the first episode of season 6. Oliver is killing lowly no-name thugs at the beginning of s5 just to let Tobias Church and Adrian Chase live. When he could easily kill them both. Either have him killing or don't stop having him flip-flop when you want to keep a villain around the plot.

  29. He let Adrian live because killing him was exactly what he wanted???

  30. Then kill him did Oliver forget that he killed an innocent woman just to use letters in her name for one of Oliver's past victims? He was kept alive because he was essential to the plot needing the show to be more grounded like in the first two seasons. He also murdered his own wife. Before the heartbeat bomb thing Oliver killed others for less.

  31. I think you missed the entire point of the season, brother.
