The easy way to tell with Viz titles is if the series is listed on their website, its not OOP, but just between print cycles. If it's not there, they no longer have the license, making it truly OOP. Viz has also been going through their catalog randomly reprinting series.

While I agree with you, I don’t really think it applies to this series. Since it’s not really a popular series and didn’t have a big print run. Another indication that the series is going out of print is that a few of the early volumes are already oop and not shown on rightstuf site. While many others are oos and doubtfully will get reprinted. After checking the print run in my set it seems it only had 2 print runs 1 in 2011 and 1 in 2014 with the later volumes being printed in 2015.
