Ghost kitchens bring additional food options to areas with limited offerings. I’ve bought Beast and The Philly one in other small towns and both we good. A lot of homes have extremely few options available for delivery.

Pasqually is actually the name of the pizza chef character in Chuck E. Cheese restaurants. Should be a little bit of a give away. I do think ghost kitchens are a dumb idea imo. They usually suck from all the reviews I see.

Ribeyes are one cut I would say that benefits very little from a sous vide. A top round or a chuck roast is where you will see a huge difference.

I really feel this.... I put up a fuss at a Mexican restaurant recently because my street tacos were $3 more than the menu said. I would have ordered something else if I knew the were $15 instead of $12.

Something like this I cook to maybe 126, that way I can give it a really good sear on the grill and not worry about overdoing it.

yeah he's a dick, and it seems like he's well aware of it, and is trying to work on it, but at the same time realizes it's kindof his schtick. dudes definitely in a weird situation. he's been insanely wealthy and successful at a very young age and then all of that fame just kinda fizzled over time. i'm guessing that's why he's diving into standup...but standup is a super crowded, super competitive, mostly a democratic meritocracy...at least outside of the roganverse. so it'll be interesting to see how well he does. personally, i don't think he's quite earned a netflix special, but who knows maybe he has a massive loyal following we're not aware of?

Literally cannot go wrong with the Auto cannon, I usually hang a little farther back and just shoot the heavier bots from a distance before moving up towards objectives. Also can put some pretty good damage in on drop ships before they drop the bots AND it’ll take out Fabricators with a good shot. The do it all ol’ reliable.

It's most likely supercooled, there is probably nothing in there to start the crystallization process (contaminants, dust, maybe a little bit of free floating plastic, etc.). If you smack it on the counter, it most likely will start freezing in front of your eyes.

Buy once, cry once. I hate to have to break out the cliche, but having spent so many years shoe-horning cheap luggage onto bikes not designed for each other, huge fan of getting the right tool for the job.  

Yeah, those definitely are a better bag, but $450 compared to $170.
