Changing your smartphone language to Deutsch, changing everything to Deutsch, and consuming content in Deutsch everyday, even if just passive consuming this ( playing video games, watching series, movies, music) can help you a lot while you’re thinking about starting a German class!

Your are wrong, switch is able to emulate ps2, not perfekt but still playable. AetherSX2 on android (Lineage OS for switch) is good if you want to play kingdom hearts as example.
It is already (although hard to install). Real talk though what is really exciting is RetroArch on the iPad, it plus a compact controller and a case with a built in stand is an excellent on the go gaming experience for commutes and travel and just generally when you want to play with limited space
