So apparently under OS X the Molar Mac loses the floppy drive, front volume buttons, the microphone, and the ability to eject the CD with the button. The front headphone jacks also dont show up as separate outputs they just always play along with the built in speakers.
I never checked the profiler but I can confirm the same losses of functionality. I never knew about the floppy drive however as I didn't try to use that. I can't recall the button on the front of the CD drive not working though. Aside from those few things though, I didn't come across too many other detrimental things.

Before it was given to me by his family (who knew I wanted the car because I would tell them every time it came in for any work that I would buy it if they ever were you sell it) they loaned it to a family friend that beat the shit out of it and blew up the original engine.
