1. You definitely took it very late in the day. The manufacturers say it can work for up to 14 hours.

  2. No, took too late. You've had a normal dosage but at a point in the day where it would have started winding down. So based on your meds, it's like just after midday koz you took them like 5 or so hours late.

  3. Insurance? Pay slips? GP records? Tax documents? Voting documents? Phone bill? Bank account from home country? Council tax? Utilities?

  4. non of that, GP records are to the old address (we were living at my moms in the first few months and haven't changed the address because we visit our mom frequently).

  5. It's incredibly suspicious that someone lives there and has no correspondence. It will be very difficult to overcome this.

  6. It's pretty easy doing fiancé/proposed partners to FLR M. Its basically updated financial evidence (so its within 28 days), evidence of your accomodation again, and proof you got married/CP during the fiance visa.

  7. It's pretty easy doing fiancé/proposed partners to FLR M. Its basically updated financial evidence (so its within 28 days), evidence of your accomodation again, and proof you got married/CP during the fiance visa.

  8. Unfortunately she will need to leave. You have known about this for a while and applied for marriage visit visa instead of fiancé visa. Covid isn't new or surprising any more and when she came as a visitor, you would have been aware how difficult things are and needed to plan for her return at some point.

  9. Yeah correct. You were essentially sponsored to come here. So until you reach settled status, you can't sponsor someone else.

  10. The applicant must prove they are legally married/civil partnership and their relationship is genuine and continuing.

  11. Are you salaried or non salaried? The calculations are different

  12. Yeah i get that but how do i show then the source of the money? I thought that i would make a letter where my dad clearly writes down that he gifts me the money and i have no obligation whatsoever to repay the money back, and i would include the bank statement as well, is that not enough evidence?

  13. The guidance specifically states you need a declaration of gift so yes, the person who gifted you the money needs to record that its a gift.

  14. I see, thank you so much, i appreciate your help ❤️ there is one last thing i wanted to double check 😂 sorry if i’m bombarding you with all the questions, any idea when priority and super priority services come back for UK family visas? cause currently the decision waiting times went up to 24 weeks from 12 weeks

  15. Only super priority is available for family visas in the UK. And it is available inside the UK currently for £800.

  16. It doesn't matter at all about the IP address.

  17. I would also like to add, my employer is my mother in law. She holds all of the shares in her company which is a US company. Does this change anything? I saw something about cat G, but seems like this is only for UK based specified limited companies?

  18. Yes. Very much so. They would be considered family so it's now CAT F or G so you'd need all the extra accounts etc

  19. They are respected in terms of the vignette dates but totally irrelevant with regards to process order/timeline.

  20. Everyone has given good advice so I thought I'd link to the financial guidance

  21. The applicant must prove they are legally married/civil partnership and their relationship is genuine and continuing.

  22. Thank you so much for this detailed response, its gonna be really helpful once I start compiling documents for my application!! Just to clarify though, would it be helpful to create a literal timeline, i.e. on the top of each page would I just note down the dates each message or photo is from?

  23. For the next visa, you will be required to prove your cohabitation is continuing.

  24. I’m from a non-visa national country so would you by any chance know how this may be different?

  25. It depends why you applied for the Visa instead of just arriving and using the non visa entry?

  26. Only super priority is available within the UK.

  27. Ah thanks guys. Just a bit annoyed that I missed this, unfortunately i was not fully aware that 12 months of pay slips would be required

  28. 12 months isn't always required. It depends on the financial category you are using. If you've been at your job(s) for at least 6 months then its CAT A and you need 6 months of payslips and bank statements and a letter from your employer.

  29. It's incredibly unlikely anything will process prior to the 16th December. I think at minimum it's 30 days and usually 60 days.

  30. Thank you for your response. This sounds like good news...!

  31. Any chance you've lived together for 2 years already?

  32. Does the tenancy agreement say anything about the number of people allowed to live there? Does it state that the people must be named or does it say something like X person and their immediate family?

  33. For Spouse visa, her income is irrelevant. What matters is your income. From what I gathered - you don't currently have a salaried employment with £18,600 income?

  34. This is incorrect. If you're in the UK on a residence visa already, then the applicant can use their income to meet the requirements.

  35. Oh really, thanks for correcting. I assumed once the employment was terminated, the visa would be invalid immediately, however the 60-day curtailment was to allow time to book flights etc.

  36. The OP is looking at using CAT B which allows you to join income revieved over the total 12 months including jobs you're no longer at. The applicant will not have current employment which is why the sponsor will need a job to meet part 1 but I can't find a reason that the income earned by the applicant during the year wouldn't count towards part 2.

  37. As long as being away doesn't affect your ability to meet tbe requirements.

  38. I am self employed and my income is currently over the requirement so I assume that wouldn’t be an issue 👍

  39. Great. That's based on the prior tax year or 2 years. Make sure you have all the evidence needed for self employment as its quite laborious in comparison to other financial categories
