Better psychological deep-dive into Bruce, better cast of characters, better portrayal of Gotham, better cinematography and colour grading, better dialogue (doesn’t sound like every line is trying to explain the deeper theme of the movie, TDK trilogy can be very on-the-nose in that sense), better fight choreography, better ending, better dynamics between characters, better character development all round, and as a little bonus it passes the Bechdel Test.
