1. Hey, as someone who has struggled with OCD symptoms and feelings of “contamination”, I can relate to what you’re going through. I really recommend you see someone about this. Life can be so much richer and fuller once you get control of the fear. It’s not easy and it doesn’t just go away over night, but I promise it can get better

  2. Question - do people with OCD realize in the moment that they are not being rational? I only ask because I have on and off depression, and I realize when I am spiraling, that I am not being rational, but I can't stop.

  3. I can 100% confidently tell you...I've never felt like this in my life.  Clean is good but nobody I trust enough to allow into my personal space is dirty enough to contaminate it just with their presence alone.  Just my two cents.

  4. Next time I announce that I’m taking a shit, Imma say “My ass is fixin’ to frass”

  5. Sounds so much more elegant. 🤭🫣😂

  6. There is nothing in this video that is less than repulsive.

  7. Hey. Pro cleaner here. Looks like dirt to me, especially with the striations in the pattern. Mold would be more like little dots.

  8. I think it fades over time. We have a can of the paint the crews use and it just goes away. Don't remember how long it took.

  9. Linoleum has not been made for 50-60 years.

  10. No. They are not. They are useful to keep floors semi decent, but they are not a complete solution. I have two, and all hard floors. But I have to be sure the cords are out of reach, there is nothing loose on the floor, and it cannot get to my shag rug or bird's room. It gets stuck on the rug and cannot digest bird pellets, or actually clean bird poop.

  11. Unforuntaely it’s not something I can take outside as it is the floor of our bedroom. I’ve been using a Hoover to remove the water but it still left a crust. Is there a more efficient way to clean this?

  12. I certainly hope the Hoover is intended for wet pickup? If not, your choices are destroy said Hoover or electrocute yourself.

  13. Spray them thoroughly with WD40. Let it soak. Scrub with steel wool. Less potential for damage than soaking them in acid.

  14. You can use magic erasers, scouring powder, very fine sandpaper, and bleach.

  15. WD40. Spray it. Let it sit. It cannot hurt anything. When it gets gooey again, wipe it off.

  16. Forget sanitizing your house, just wash your laundry and your hands, and stop touching your face. My husband is a physician. He sees sick people all the time. I have never in 24 years seen him sick. He washes his hands.

  17. Mix them up. The whole point of washing is that everything is clean after.

  18. Yeah, roundup for lawns. I assume some of the chemical leaked out onto the label. The paper label has a couple pages. It was in my jeans pocket and literally ALL my clothes smell like it now. It almost smells like an artificial mint but not it a good way.

  19. Roundup is odorless. You are either imagining it or smelling something entirely different.

  20. Squash a little cornstarch onto it. Don't grind it in., or rub it around. Then let it sit over night.
