1. The reasoning is because the security app doesn't work on the iPhone.

  2. Dobby will probably be able to save the other 5 if I ask him nicely enough.

  3. Blue. At least you get paid.

  4. I just hope we can attach a scope to it along with a special muzzle/barrel attachment for it to resemble a particularly famous Mauser.

  5. Nah if that happens it will be released as the Mythic skin.

  6. I once bought a used laptop from a dude. I didn't notice at the scene but when I arrived back home and tried to power it up it wreaked off tabaco stench. I had to take apart the entire thing apart and clean and dry it inside and out for two weeks before the smell became somewhat bearable to use.

  7. Anything that uses mouse as the main method of control. I appreciate the touchpads on the SD but it's still a much worse experience than an actual mouse if you want to play games that need a lot of mouse movements like strategy games.

  8. I hope they don't go out of the way trying to tie in all those other universes together. Throwing in a subtle homage is one thing; altering the core game and lore to mix up everything into a single pile of mess is a completely different story.

  9. Welp, that was a boring video.

  10. Seriously, when FSD vehicles become more prevalent, we will probably have this new category of license that only allows you to control an FSD vehicle in this abstracted manner.

  11. Am I the only one who thinks that dude looks like a screenshot from a random PS2 era video game villain.

  12. Usually I just pull 2 or 3 times just in case i'm lucky.

  13. React maybe applicable to you. There is react native if you need to make mobile apps.

  14. Except React is a JS framework...

  15. It's just a simple free game, the game that surprised me with how badly it performed on the deck most recently was Doronko Wanko.

  16. Is he German? looks like some form of blackletter font. Quite interesting.

  17. You gonna frame it? Me too. iframe it

  18. Did you see the Amazon contactless store news recently? There are actually companies that use a bunch of foreign workers to perform AI things but with actual humans. There's really no way to stop the bots with CAPTCHA if there are actually human beings behind these "bots."

  19. Small correction: The report was that 70% of shopping sessions required human intervention. Amazon denies this and says they were only there to train their system.

  20. I never said Amazon's project was entirely done by humans. What I said was that there are businesses that make money by subcontracting things that are commonly considered to be AI tasks and instead use human laborers to perform them, and spammers who are using these services cannot be stopped with common anti-bot measures like CAPTCHA.

  21. Me: THE STRUGGLE ENDS HERE WITH ME

  22. I wonder if it would still be compatible with South Korean carriers, though?

  23. Without rooting the device and applying a carrier specific patch, you won't be able to use 5G data, and VoLTE (voice calls will fall back to 3G and the data as well while you are in the call)

  24. This is kinda strange as I suspect there is a non negligible amount of japanese and taiwanese who have officially sold Xperia phones in and out of Japan. Fortunately KT and SK have not announced any plans to sunset their 3g networks yet. (LG U+ has, so it's not an option)

  25. Korean market is pretty much monopilized by Samsung, and people purchasing and using imported phones in Korea is a negligible minority.

  26. Where I live we'd call that a snack (and a shitty one at that), not a lunch.

  27. By literal translation it means beautiful girl (美+少女)

  28. For some modes, like SND it could add a fun dynamic to the game.

  29. That's if the trains ever stop where designated. Or is this only a TTC problem.

  30. The trains here have very precisely designated position to stop. Drivers are trained to stop the train within centimeters from the exact spot, to lining up with the gate is not really an issue. It's the same with other Asian countries, like Korea.

  31. From what I heard, that's also the threshold where people's social abilities start showing negative correlation with the IQ. I guess that's where the line where you become an outlier.

  32. I'd never call myself a genius, but if being a member of Mensa means anything, yes, you can totally have ADHD and still be gifted.

  33. IMHO Elon Musk should invest more in spell checker than self-driving.
