1. All streaming services will be in a "bundle" like how satelite or cable TV are now. You can have the sports bundle or the movie bundle or the reality tv bundle, ect.

  2. They are already bundling. And piracy is gaining traction again. The cycle repeats.

  3. If its anything like the USA they can be coerced into selling it to the government. "Hey.... your going to sell 100% of production to us. Or we invoke the defense production act to take over your company. Your call".

  4. I'm not sure what the limits are. Like if someone sells a mine to a foreign entity I think the government has to approve of it. I think that's happened with uranium mines in the US being sold to Russia under Obama.

  5. At least in the USA the business is compensated fairly for their stuff and they have no grounds to sue because its the law. If you exist on US soil you can be coerced by the defense production act. Matters zero who owns you. A honda car plant could be forced to build airplanes ww2 style if we wanted. We dont care if its owned by a japanese company. The war effort needs the manufacturing equipment and its going to get it. If you decide to build a business in the usa your signing up for that potential.

  7. Its also possible that someone shot at the "stray cat". Doesn't make it much better but it makes my heart feel a bit better than to imagine a cats owner doing it.

  8. A quick Google shows Walmart has it for cheap.

  9. The numbers on that card would be for if you were standing outside, and the background levels everywhere were that high. That would mean there's something going on nearby, like contamination or a lost industrial source.

  10. Exactly this. I managed to get an old watch hand stuck to the back of my geiger counter. I remember when I turned it back on standing in my driveway a few weeks later to check the battery before a trip and it immediately was reading "Fuck everything run away" levels. The feeling of dread and panic was... not cool.

  11. I dont think its unreasonable to offer a 14 and 15 inch laptop option. Honestly the rest of it is a management issue though.

  12. No it doesn't matter who owns the house or property it only matters who the dish is registered to, it works the very sameway as an iphone works like if its registered to somebodies icloud account then its useless to anybody else until its released from their account.

  13. To be fair even iphones can be released with a court order. Starlink would be the same way. Pretty well established that companies need to give you access to property you own. Now if that is worth the work is another story.

  14. What? My 96 cotolla has like 2x 6" vacuum lines for the entire car. Thing is basically a lego set.

  15. A beautifully simple engine bay for sure. But a quick google shows 2 going to the egr valve alone. Not to mention the vacuum solenoid for the egr and the evap system and the pcv and brake booster.

  16. In my experience the only way its going to match is to strip and sand the whole floor. Then re-stain and finish.

  17. I have learned the hard way that owning even a share in a plane is a major fucking pain in the ass. I knew it would be expensive even for an old plane but not this expensive. One of my partners made a hard landing and cracked an engine mount. It’s going to cost about $10,000 to fix, split three ways (not completely evenly, as I described below).

  18. Why on earth would that be split? Should be on the dude who landed it hard.

  19. A few of the eTorque 48V alternators made by FCA are water cooled. At least that way there's no possibility of oil contamination.

  20. Would be not terrible but not good. She looks decent enough. Wasnt a bad person. Definitely had some bad tendancys from growing up in a trailer park that I didnt enjoy. Probably would be a 6/10 marriage.

  21. It's not against the rules. I put out several things I don't use anymore and wouldn't even be considered garbage...just upgraded or sits around. I had so many people coming by looking through my stuff. I think the city expects it and honestly it lightens up their work.

  22. Last I looked it was against the rules. But we all know its for liability and they do enjoy people taking some of it.

  23. Cops must not be stopping it. We had one drive by the other day while 3 people were going through stuff lol. I just assumed since the stuff was on the boulevard and a special situation, that maybe pickup of those things was allowed. What I didn't like though was setting out a working tv and someone cutting the cord on it. That shouldn't be allowed. Had a couple of people hoping to take it. Now I'll for sure have to take it to the hazardous waste facility :/

  24. Yeah they wont do anything. Like I said the city likes that people take it. They just have the rule to cover liability in case something becomes an issue.

  25. It's my ideal property, except that the building on the right would be my house and the building on the left would be my garage. 😅

  26. I calibrate engine and transmission computers after people modify their cars. Anything from mild street cars to fully built racecars.

  27. Okay bud, well we’re talking about emotionally immature idiots behind the wheel in real time; we’re not figuring about what mods they need or a good tune up, so no, splitting hairs here is not relevant 🌚

  28. It's like you spent the time to fully flesh out why I was saying what I was saying but then threw it all in the garbage once you finished instead of possibly learning why I find it important to be distinct about the two activities.

  29. The other really huge one in town is owned by ronning.... I forget where though.

  30. It's a house of a local business man. I'd give you a Billion clues, but you probably won't need that many to guess who it is.

  31. Yep. The things on the roof are ac units I believe.

  32. Bella Cucina hands down. Hours are limited though so pay attention.

  33. Please fix the wire nuts on that relay next. Oof

  34. Oh that’s leftover from the Hotwire. I cut it out after this picture, now that it starts from the key, and wiring the fuel pump to the built in accessory plug.

  35. Ok good. Hurt my heart to do a full rewire and then have wire nuts lol

  36. You need to calibrate your tv AND your monitor it sounds like.

  37. I have spent actual time on a track learning this shit. I still like abs.

  38. it's like 2 tiny holes and then a wire, that doesn't ruin a tile, when you replace the WAP in 8-10 years, you just put the new WAP in the same spot.

  39. You come tell that to my clients. You get two holes from the screws and you get a hole from the ethernet cable. If you're lucky the new one will go in place over the top. Yeah let's just move tiles around. Not like they break all the time or discolor based off the room they are in. Oh you changed your AP count? Well you just get to deal with holes.

  40. Cool. Come tell that to my clients. Iv hung and supervised the hanging of 10s of thousands of access points. Iv learned to not even try to quote it if they want anything but tbar install.

  41. I mean. You bought an EV without figuring out your charging situation. Yes its a mess out there for everyone that doesnt own a tesla. Its going to get better once they realize there just needs to be a goddamn card reader on the chargers. But also if youd just get a 240v plug installed it would be a non issue.
