I don’t find that to be true. Pulling or pushing, the results are the same. Pushing is just less physically taxing.

I don’t know why you would emulsify the frame of the screen. I only emulsify the screen, where I expose what I want to print. And usually, you won’t put an image too close to the sides, so the small bit of emulsion would not affect the screen that much.

That’s an interesting proposition. You should try it out. If the colors stay true then your filter function would be pretty good especially since that does produce cleaner looking dots than the bitmap mode change.

I wipe it off after every job. Most of the lint comes right off. Then i wipe on a little more adhesive and let that dry.

Liquid brush on waterbased tac is effective and cheaper. You can refresh the surface adhesion by wiping the lint off with a wet wipe.

Looks overexposed. Check for opaque film positives.
