Rosebud Indian Reservation in SD at night. Beautiful people and a beautiful place, but the colonizers left something evil there and it’s palpable. In fact, so many young adults commit suicide some people think it’s a supernatural force calling them to their death. Just to reiterate: this is not the doing of the people native to that area. I have been to other reservations and did not feel this way. I think Native American spirituality is one of the highest pure energy. This was not that. And further proof i didn’t feel that way about LA because it’s just a big city. Lol

Filipino here, it’s to bless them with many children, a part of the tribe’s belief. They came to get her tattoos and in return, as a form of gratitude, by ‘touching’ them she’s blessing their reproductive health so they can have strong babies etc…
wowwww interesting. i heard this lady who is from there talk about how it was common for her aunts to do stuff like this to her siblings, cousins, and her herself even. i might be wrong (forgive me if i am) but i think i even remember her saying that her aunts would throw in some type of dirty talk type of compliment to the kid too when doing the groping. no judging here, it's just very interesting how different we as humans can be from one another.
