Correlation ≠ causation. If your first inclination is to point the finger at an organization that supports labor rights as opposed to the elected/appointed state and local officials who ran Flint straight into the ground with their incompetence, reassess your logic.
They went from a very traditional yet unique cafe decor to generic local grocery store/bakery. Definitely looks more accessible and I understand this is the best choice to accommodate for growth and increased demand, but man… wish they could have kept at least some of the original coziness.
If I may ask, for what province do you work in? I have a cousin that used to be the chief of staff for alberta, and when I asked her she only had pleasant things to say about their rural and urban planning
Former planner here. It's depressing to see that salaries are still feces. My first and only job started me at $40k in 2007. When I escaped in 2010, I was making $45.6k.
If a brethren moon forms and gets right up next to a species’ planet, much less multiple (DS3 DLC), I don’t know if there be enough time to mobilize for an offensive before everyone loses it
I have two neutered cats and the bigger one used to do this to the smaller one. IMO, it seems like a dominance thing. Even though cats are domesticated, there is a natural hierarchy based on who’s older, badder, and bigger.
No one actually trained and experienced with dogs would say a dog “just sucks”. They would understand training, breed, motivation, and environmental context. Having owned a lot of dogs does not equate to being experienced in handling them.
Dogs really can just suck. Just as some humans can be born naturally aggressive or incompatible with other people or animals, the same can be said for wild and domesticated animals.
Echoing what everyone else has said, familiarize yourself with your state and local legal code. Additionally, try to start thinking about how you would change your community for the better if you were a planner. Some very popular ideas are walkable cities, efficient public transportation, slowing car traffic down in dense urban areas, and mixed-use zoning.
If you want to get a good first hand impression of Mayor Wamp, I would encourage you to go to the County Commission Meetings. When I went, Mayor Wamp would be seen stomping his feet, crossing his arms, and huffing like a toddler when something didn’t go his way. Truly embarrassing behavior.
Congratulations! With any job there is a learning curve. Try to remember that and embrace the lessons that you learn, especially from mistakes that you make.
So, why did all the jobs leave? Also, there is no way you don't know what a tour of Flint has to do with the UAW.

A place I won’t be returning now. What a shame. The character is gone.
There’s always been better places for coffee anyway :/

On a related note, is there anywhere nearby with clear skies?
I was just about to ask the same… it’s supposed to be overcast until 4.. :/
Update: there’s still some on the Speedway on Ringgold!
I regularly receive legislative updates from my state’s APA chapter, not sure if other states do the same though
Hidden Dead Space co-op feature!! At least there’s no woman to fight over this time
Is anyone able to just in go in whenever? I would totally check this out
I made $52,000 (Canadian) in 2013. In April I'll be at $123,000. I'm in a management role now though.

Curious where you went to after?

Haha, great shot! Im jealous. I’m in Nashville and our mayor looks like a baby bird.
Freddie seems like a good guy. Certainly better already than Hanson
Mango-Tango and Thorin-Worin!
I get annoyed when someone wants to play the 360 version of an xbox one game.
Red Dead is the 360 case. Did you mean to refer to something else?

Me and mine are also considering Howe. We drove by it the other day coming from KY. Looks beautiful.
teefies
Abby North apartments from Wise Properties. Shit ass quality but it’s an option
Skyrim. That first time feeling was just other worldly. Depressing how far from grace Bethesda has gone
Bulletstorm. The backdrop, the music, ugh such a good game
Looks dope man. Crisp ass lines

Ah, we've found another keyboard warrior.
You made an account just to complain. Pathetic 🤣
