1. You must get a court order first. The dispute over the debt must be adjudicated before you can register it.

  2. Thanks for your response. I have a follow up question. Im guessing it will take quite a long time to get to point of a court order like maybe one or two years. I found something called a mareva injunction that the canadian courts can use to prevent defendants from selling or moving their assets out of reach of a creditor. Are these kinds of injunctions relatively common in BC courts and would this be a viable option if it can be shown the dude may sell and flee?

  3. If it’s all taxed earnings, just go through the normal repatriation procedures at your bank.

  4. This is basically how I got money from an apartment sale out of China. Just send the money in several chunks and random amounts so it doesn’t draw attention.

  5. Why would you do that? Proceeds from property sales in china owned by foreigners just need to apply to SAFE to get approved for full amount shown on sales contract converted into foreign currency and sent out of china . Generally no questions asked.

  6. Hey baby shark. My 72 year old and quite stubborn relative with a one year old 10 cm titanium pin in her femur insists on wanting to do the bcmc on her trip this weekend. Have you been on it lately? Near the top must going still be super slushy and muddy and with a meter or more of snow, yeah ?

  7. i wish the video showed how high that hand is, cuz she looked terrified

  8. Its about 10 feet high. Its the prospective of this high telescopic lens and angle that make it look scary.

  9. how can you be so confident while being completely wrong. no research whatsoever. just talking out of your ass xD there is a net below it though so you are unlikely to fall off the cliff.

  10. Ive actually seen it in china , or at least a copy of this concept. Just don’t ask me where, been to long and seen too much. It wasn’t high or dangerous at all. Christ, the chinese are veey careful of overt danger.

  11. Keep defending a genocidal tyrant it's a great look. Really adds credibility to your arguments.

  12. You obviously get your news about china from the western media. And probably have very limited actual experience with china. You’re kinda proving my point about the Washington narrative.

  13. Yes but I can link you verifiable evidence to all of these. This is not "fake news" this is legitimate criticisms. If you cannot accept or admit to them you are verifying that you are indeed a Chinese actor.

  14. China is not perfect for sure. But I’m sorry, they are not leading the world off the end of a cliff like America is right now.

  15. “He” could be her older cub, no? Could a young male stay with its home pride that long?

  16. Screaming Oiiii!!! Oiii come on!! Confident that that is an effective ‘startled elephants’ repellend is beautifull. Tip of the hat for the bloke with the elephant sized balls yelling oii!! And much respect to the awesome majestic power displaying giants. And shame on you auntie for pushing over the young one!!

  17. Except for the fact the human yelling oi! now became the focal point of the elephants instead of the one elephant which originally knocked over the yearling.

  18. Had one (still do), from BOC for long time (15 years). Didn't seem difficult at the time to get, but can't recall details. It was the bank that my firm was paying funds into so had a relationship. We left Shanghai permanently some years ago but kept the card which we now use as our main cc and adds the perk of being able to access our China funds without being subject to the annual 100,000 RMB foreign funds conversion limit that Chinese authorities impose on unionpay / china bank debit cards.

  19. About years ago, a woman jumped from the 13th floor and landed on some boiler equipment pipes we had on our 3rd story roof for our yoga studio. Woman survived with only minor broken ankle.

  20. For an american commentator, he definitely has an open mind when it comes to US foreign affairs. Gotta love him for that.... except.... when it comes to China and then anything China does or says, falls back on the good old official washington narrative of turning it negative..... Do love this screen though - looks amazing and amazing tech.

  21. No income tax on salaries received offshore? Interesting.

  22. Absolutely no. You work in China, its irrelevant where the money is paid, or which currency; in RMB, in foreign currency, into a bank account in China, into USD in a foreign bank account - all the same. You must pay your relevant individual income taxes per the applicable PRC laws to the PRC tax authorities.

  23. Everyone recommending to use a vpn with no one actually stating whether it is a valid concern specific to china.

  24. Bears smell dogs from a mile off and attract bears. Whether they are Norwegian elk hounds or beagles, they attract bears .

  25. Yep, gonna build a gigafactory in Mexico right next to the US, but not going to export any of those cars over the border.

  26. Why not? If they attempt to sell into USA at this point, very high chance USA administration will come up with some “national security concern” against china and perhaps set a precedent to ban them.

  27. “In its most recent study, in 2022, the group tracked 83 cases including 24 fatalities. This represents a 41% increase over the 59 entrapment cases reported in just the year prior. Grain bin incidents often lead to severe injuries and fatalities and take an immense emotional toll on farming communities.”

  28. Well, getting locked in one is never going to be fun. My point is you can walk across the grain without sinking . As a farm kid, walked around and shovelled grain in these silos dozens (hundreds ?) of time . Like all matters, common sense need to prevail.

  29. You only sink down to about mid calf. No danger of being swallowed up. Unless of course there is powerful outlet at the bottom unloading at that moment. But generally safe, dusty, but safe .

  30. Maybe, mostly. But some cultures condition their members to express themselves differently - sometimes more blunt and direct.

  31. I can tell the crowd are Asian tourists by the way they all go “oooohhh”
