Honestly I'm not a big fan of CL as an emcee, never have been. He's not wack , has a great voice, made some classic tracks with Pete, but overall he's never done it for me. (Gonna sit here and wait for ppl to tell me I know nothing about hip-hop now 😁)
Saw Meat Loaf in 1994. Wasn't expecting much but he took that whole stage OVER as soon as he came out. He was running back and forth across the stage, working the crowd and nailing EVERY note. I couldn't believe the energy he had considering how big he still was at the time. Definitely one of the best live performances I've seen. He tore that stage DOWN.
