I was an athlete at Kickapoo decades ago and the coaching was encouragingly toxic throughout every sport it seemed like. Many of those coaches were given so much praise for being grown up bullies. Looks like that hasn't changed much.

What kind of shoes are you using? You may benefit from just trying new shoes or something with more cushion. But, ultimately, knee pain is more likely coming from muscle weaknesses in the supporting muscles--you may try adding in some quick strengthening exercises before you run, e.g. calf raises, squats, lunges, bridges, etc.
That lane is taboo in Springfield. 90% of the time I use the right lane (because it's completely empty while 6 cars sit in the left lane), the 1st and 2nd left lane drivers will do everything in their power to not let me merge.

You either pay, block her number, or file with your insurance. Personally, I would just explain there is no damage to either vehicle and she can file with the insurance if she thinks otherwise. Don't pay her under the table. She will just file a report anyways. She can sub to. Your insurance for a claim. You can explain what happened and that you both noted no damage and go from there.

Only if you're found at fault. If you tell them there was no impact, there is no damage on your car and no police report or witness... They will probably deny it (probably). I just would be clear there was no impact. I would wait until she files or just leave it be personally. If she is claiming camera damage then she might end up claiming injury too.

The contractor hired the subcontractor and is responsible for paying them. Sounds like the subcontractor doesn't want to deal with taking the contractor who hired them to court so they will try to bully you into paying.

You can get a replacement 2x6 and have it extend to the post. You’ll have to cut the post down 1-1/2”. Added work and $$ but it’ll look cleaner.
