1. I have a 300mm trident and I’m very satisfied with it. Though I make life sized cosplay props, it’s like the perfect size for my use case. I mainly print flatter pieces in petg so I don’t feel the larger chamber volume is too detrimental since it heat soaks enough during z tilt and bed meshing for me. If you’re concerned about mobility there are handles and rockers you can print that make it super easy to move and service.

  2. It sounds like you have a restriction of not running it overnight due to your family. An alternative solution would be to learn to split models into smaller pieces that can be glued together so that you can print larger models across multiple days.

  3. I 3d printed it, glued it together then painted it. Maybe cost me $30-40 to make plus some time and effort. It’s not my design though, I bought it from Goowah on Cults3d

  4. I'll try to make a real one if I can upgrade my belt grinder rorschach make a slightly bigger one

  5. Would be very cool to see a real one! Having a home workshop to do a project like that is a dream to me haha.

  6. It’s actually because they built it to be similar to the crumple zone of a car. If it was built with Nokia phones, the Earth would not survive if it were to be hit in the case of a crash.

  7. I’m not too familiar with resin but did it actually work out well functionally? My first thought would be that this small object would be quite weak, but if it turns out to be durable enough for functional use that would be awesome!

  8. What makes them hard to build? Is it a large time commitment or just complex?

  9. Large time commitment in my experience. It was my 2nd printer and I had little knowledge of wiring and flashing firmware and all that jazz, so it was quite complex but still possible for a beginner to build.

  10. Might need to adjust your settings, I noticed the smaller cylinder in the back has an unsupported 5 degree overhang.

  11. Played punk with lots of early jinxes, golden ticket first augment and no other punk player, thought great this is a punk angle. Slow rolled until the end of stage 5 and only hit the 3 star jinx right before I died. It was like a little more than 80 paid rolls and tilted me so much I wrote a script to simulate the odds (since I’m not that good at stats to calculate the actual odds) and it wasn’t as unlucky as I thought, but mannnn.

  12. Oh, naive junior disciple, cast your bewildered gaze upon this exquisite painting, a marvel reserved for those who have ascended beyond the realms of mortals. A mere pittance of 500 high-grade spirit stones stands between you and this divine treasure!

  13. I can only clasp my hands and gratefully bow towards generous senior for the charitable offer, but I have already received enlightenment from another senior, a true paragon of the common man.

  14. I thought myself to be a demonic cultivator but now this demonic scripture made me realize even though I have eyes I cannot recognize Mt. Tai. If this is the true demonic way I must restart my cultivation and pursue the more suitable orthodox way.

  15. If you’re on this sub, another printer is always the right answer 👍

  16. Don't worry, if you end up not liking your 2nd printer as much as you'd thought then you can always get a 3rd printer 👍

  17. I have like 6 lightning damage pan galactic orbs and thought that was good for Kafka. Then I saw the comments to this post. We suffer together my comrade

  18. Is this pbe or live? I saw his health stacking and damage scaling got buffed in patch notes

  19. Maybe walls too thin? There’s an option to print thin walls

  20. I’d scan myself and make an army of mini mes

  21. You need the zaun contagion chemmod to finish it off 👍

  22. How did you post process this to get that finish on a budget?

  23. Man, he must hit like a truck!

  24. Yeah his damage is so nice I love it

  25. Interested in that tunneling, would be nice to check from anywhere
