I do the mental exercise of checking why I’m feeling this way and telling myself to focus that energy on myself, but I feel this is so hard. Would love some input
Honestly I stop dating for now, entirely. I realized that right now, there is no benefit in dating other people. In this current state I get anxious, I push people away (I’m actually FA), I make my world revolve around them and lose myself in the process. And for what?
Flex numbers mean almost nothing. And that 3 is likely 3/5 and the 5 is likely 5/10. Which again means almost nothing. There isn’t some industry wide standard for calculating flex numbers

I need to know, how do you tone your lower back? I have some fat on the sides and a little bit on my lower back. I can’t figure out the best ways to work it out. I’ve been doing a lot of back and RDLs but it hasn’t toned it much.. unless i just have to lose more weight
To be honest the lower back is most likely a bf% thing. Where you collect fat is mostly genetic I think so I’d probably recommend strengthening your lower back by doing weighted back extensions and cardio

Thanks for the advice. Haven’t done much back extensions. I might incorporate more cardio like cycling or stair master
