1. You can do this <3 you deserve to enjoy a cold drink, it's summer, and the effect will be totally negligible in the long run. Sometimes it helps me eat food if I tell myself I'll go for a walk or exercise after.

  2. Maybe you could try carrots/crackers with hummus, popcorn, oatmeal, apples with peanut butter. Those are a few of my relatively safe snacks, I hope that helps

  6. I am sorry you are feeling this way. it hurt me reading this, knowing there are so many people in this sub struggling right now. You are always deserving of existing in eating disorder communities. recovering or not, eating well or having problems eating enough. you are always welcome. and you don't have to feel invalidated because someone struggles more than you. other people's struggles are their own struggles. your eating disorder is your own struggle. please do not feel bad for eating. there's no shame in taking care of yourself. there's no shame in struggling more some days with eating. we are all struggling in some way.
