  1. Now I see why they spread the "fake shooting" nonsense. I fail to see why the majority of Americans are fine with mass shootings happening every fucking day. Why won't they vote out politicians who don't support gun reform?

  2. American voters vote very much along party lines. In 2012 when I got a new job, my coworker went on and on about how he hated Obama and the bailout prior. Well this was in MI and I reminded him that without the bailout we wouldn’t have jobs since we worked in the automotive industry.

  3. So wait, is this a thing now. Own some land and you can put one of these pre fab sheds and call it a day. How roomy are these sheds, like for how many people, what about keeping warn and plumbing for the shitter. How does that all work, if you don’t mind?

  4. I have seen some videos on YouTube from few years ago doing this. People also get Amish Cabins.

  5. One of my all time favorites. Mostly because of nostalgic value since I played it as a kid.

  6. Not sure if you can do anything about it. If you are in the US and the developer is from a western country, you find be able to go to the authorities.

  7. Prob because most businesses fail and instead of having a positive bank account they would have a deep negative account. Instead of working a 40 hour week for that $60k and having sick leave and insurance and 401k. You would be working 12-14 hour days just to survive. With out any holidays or insurance or 401k.

  8. This is what a lot of people, especially it seems the younger generation, does not understand. I think the education system needs to be refined but in the USA at least, it’s extremely difficult to replace the benefits (sometimes hidden) of a good corporate job, especially in a STEM based field.

  9. Why not become the owners behind the STEM based field businesses instead of working for them?

  10. Now a days starting a business in STEM is very expensive. For example, I work at a start-up right now and our CEO needed $10mil just to get started. Even with smaller business you will need upwards of $1mil easily. This is due to the equipment and employment costs that’s required. For example in engineering, you will easily blow through $200k-$1mil in just development equipment cost.

  11. I’m not sure about Australia but I’m Engineer from USA.

  12. One thing I would consider is adding a physical address. For a item that costs $1500, it will legitimize the business.

  13. At the McDonald’s they used to make water orders (free) and clear the order as soon as possible to lower the serve time.

  14. Getting mail. I remember everyday begging my parents if I got mail. (I had pen pals). I got so excited when something came for me. Now I dread going to the mailbox because all that will be there are bills.

  15. This is very true. I remember being excited about new emails (with less spam and advertising too).

  16. Dealt with some bad buyers on eBay. eBay is a buyers market, buyers can get a refund very easily even if it’s their fault, eBay doesn’t protect its sellers.

  17. And I never said people don’t. If you can read, even before the edit I said they are not obligated. Stop being such a Karen! Get over it.

  18. At first I legit thought the notes on the garage door were small glass panes, until I zoomed in……..

  19. I had to unsubscribe from one of my favorite YouTubers after he became a COVID conspiracy theorist. What a shame.

  20. Guns, booze and good ‘ol freedom!

  21. I was thinking the same.

  22. The state that’s shaped like a mitten, or your hand.

  23. My name and the number 25.

  24. As we already know didn’t know this.

  25. Not a lawyer but speaking from experience here… The NDA and non-complete agreement is outlined in your employee handbook and/or contract when you first start a job. Even if you don’t sign another one at the time of termination, it is still enforceable.
