We are not giving anything to Iran. Iran is under major US sanctions at the moment. In fact, US air defense systems engaged Iranian munitions in their recent strikes.
You don't have to choose between the Minutemen and any other faction, so I don't know why this is really an argument. You can even become Overboss and start establishing raider bases in the commonwealth and the Minutemen still don't turn hostile.

Power armor is designed to like a walking tank: supported by infantry, while advancing toward an objective. The rear is vulnerable in order to maximize protection to the front, and is supposed to be covered by other armored units and supporting infantry.
If you get to the settlement fast enough, they actually spawn outside the wall. It does help. It's just that the game will spawn the raiders outside the settlement a certain amount of time after the notification appears, and then move them towards the center of the settlement. It calculates how far along that path they should be based on how long you take to arrive, but it doesn't take into account obstacles in the way, walls and other settlement objects (this is also how it calculates the position of your provisioners when you're not around).

My cat immediately made a chirping “hello?” Meow sound and went to see who it was. But there was nothing there. I KNOW he saw what I saw.
Take the diameter of both .45ACP and 9mm, divide them by 2 to get the radius, then plug them into the equation for a circle (pi*r2 ) and divide by each other to get the difference in percentage. .45ACP has almost exactly a 60% larger size and therefore wound channel than 9mm. Now granted, the difference in absolute terms is very small, hence why I understand why people have a hard time telling the difference. However, since pistol bullets are small to begin with, that leads to a massive difference in percentage terms.
It's not the fees so much as it is gas to get there, and the loss of income from taking time off to travel. Not to mention stuff like a tent and camping supplies. Poor people would benefit more from the parks being used for development; i.e. more jobs and housing.
It's not a "take". It's being poor. I grew up literally below the poverty line. If accessing something requires travel and taking time off from work, then it is inaccessible to those that can't afford to do that. That is simply a fact.
