It shouldn't impact global prices. Russia sells primarily crude oil. If their own refining facilities are not able to accept incoming crude, they need to store it or sell it. The pressure on Russia to sell crude will actually increase.
I don't think it would go with-out impact of some kind, India is still purchasing oil from Russia and that does have an offset of the global market, as for how much of an effect it would have, I couldn't guess.
