1. G3 feet are wider and less arched than g1, so they aren't a very good option. And Barbie shoes are like a 3rd the size of a g3 foot, so also not an option. The g3 dolls fit rainbow high shoes very nicely though.

  2. I know they are different. G3 Ghoulia is closer to Scarah Screams. Don't have any but I know that.

  3. G1 Frankie and Scarah share the same skintone. I have both, and even used a Frankie body to repair my damaged Scarah

  4. Check in her back, the year of production is usually there. You can also compare the face.

  5. That doesn't help with MH. The first generation's dolls bodies are marked 2008. She definitely wasn't produced then.

  6. Wym? How do you know this doll definitely isn’t 2008? What would you say she is? Just curious to learn

  7. I know she's definitely not 2008 because MH wasn't even released until 2010. Not only that, later dolls that used the same body up until 2016 also says 2008 because that's when the body was trademarked, not when the doll was manufactured.

  8. As someone who reroots, repaints, and makes new clothing, this is pretty normal in this community

  9. normal ≠ ethical, if ur doing all that just customise some cheap nakeds anyway

  10. Its not unethical. Some of us don't want to work with damaged goods. Id much rather start with a new doll that I know for sure isn't broken than have to deal with glue head, loose legs, possibly lost arms, etc.

  11. Not MH, but I have Barbies on my ceiling bent and twisted like they're possessed

  12. I'm sorry but what does servophobia mean ? I can't find anything on google :'(

  13. They mean her outfits are bad. Like she's afraid of serving looks serve-ophobia

  14. Mind telling where you got the hair for the reroot? Its so beautiful and i think i'll do that too when i get my venus. Also where'd you get the choker for her? It's super eco punk 🥰

  15. Unfortunately im not gonna be able to help with the hair. I got it a decade ago from a friend who owns a professional rooting machine so it's not hair from a shop. It was pre-curled nylon that came in a tube.

  16. May I ask what version of cricut you used? I'm considering getting one for the iron on vinyl feature

  17. Cricut Joy, but I'm considering upgrading to a larger model

  18. This is so good!!! Also where is the necklace from?? I love it!

  19. It's from one of the LOL OMG dolls, but admittedly I don't know which one

  20. I'm reality, the key is using pre-curled hair. It's full and fluffy and the reroot is a breeze. Then the style is actually very simple. It really is two afro puffs back to back.

  21. Is the shape you're referring to a discorectangle?

  22. They dont. G1 is thinner all over so pants don't go over g3 thighs and shirts don't close

  23. Oh this goes so hard can I buy one from you if I send you a mh ball clawdeen??? Serious

  24. I'm glad you like it, but I unfortunately wont be making another. It took much too long to cut out all those cheetah spots and scratch marks.

  25. Interesting enough my studio clawdeen has Saran

  26. Mine did too. Except the magenta was still poly. I rerooted to have a different color and rooting pattern.

  27. @dolljunk on Instagram has. You'll need to scroll down a bit but I know he's for sure made Pinkie, Twilight, Rarity, and Fluttershy

  28. No, Elmer's glue is water based and will not hold. It will also seep out of the plugs while it's still wet. You need an acetone-based glue like Beacon's Fabritac

  29. There is! Saran variants of core Clawdeen and core Cleo both exist and its wonderful

  30. This has happened a lot for me. Been collecting for about 15 years now so definitely have been excited for a doll only to end up not connecting with her. I dont force it. If I don't connect, I usually end up selling or gifting the doll.

  31. Thank you! I melted the ends using a lighter. They're very much permanent lol

  32. Honestly very good. I was SHOCKED the couch had a back and bottom to it since usually Mattel's olaysets are so hollow. The casketball game is a fun accessory and the snack machine works really well

  33. I do on my profile. She's my Faboolous Pets Cleo and ahould 9 posts down on my profile

  34. I would LOOOOOVE to know how you made the fit!! I can't stand her shorts but I love the rest of her!

  35. The bodice is exactly the same as her normal shirt. And her sleeves had enough fabric to make the skirt when carefully removed and ironed flat
