I think the general consensus here is that since it is a F2P launch they are probably looking to stack marketing on/around the actual day of launch, because with this type of game model there is some success with blowing up the advertising at the time when you can say “go play it right now”

They 350% do not. They're just louder. By volume. If I turn the same samples up in 20 they will sound the same as their counterparts in 11. 11 has a limiter on the master on default with the gain up a few dB.
