  3. every trans person's experience will be different. treating her like a cis girl is a great start, but also be aware that there might be some extra things which are different or challenging for her (personal, dysphoria, transition-related, etc). invite her to share what she needs at different moments, like you might with her (this should honestly be common practise in all relationships, but isn't always)

  5. The only trans specific thing to be mindful of is gender dysphoria. It can complicate physical intimacy for a lot of us. Iā€™d ask her how you can avoid causing it in general and when youā€™re being intimate.

  12. The best thing to do is walk around in a pre show outfit before the show to get to know your audience. This will create great feedback and anecdotes you can share during the show.

  13. Not to mention you saw electricity, central heating, ac and auto-motives become a thing (I know people were harnessing electricity before 1890, but it wasnā€™t until 1925 that even half of all homes had electricity).

  14. To get a little personal, I was forced to commute to work after a bad break up and I did have some ideation. But I never thought of turning into on coming traffic. I never wanted to bring others down with me. I think, ultimately, the majority of humans have empathy and donā€™t want to hurt others.

  15. That can be tricky. I really cake on a cream base, then use a setting powder. That when I start adding my eye shadow. There will always be some texture difference, but I think that will help.
