1. This is the reason I stopped taking blood pressure.

  2. I'm starting to wonder if that's just how I am midday..last night before bed I was 117/70 multiple readings and this morning I was 120/78. But midday it seems to spike. Maybe from energy I have wanting to be exerted?

  3. Yeah man stress is a helluva thing. I get really bad panic and anxiety attacks and have similar symptoms (chest pain/palpitations) your BP, in personal/all my years of working in clinics, will always be high at the doctors. White coat is super common. Hydroxyzine is really good for anxiety(its kinda like a few steps up from benadryl) always try to avoud bp meds if you can cause once you start them and your body relies on them (in a sense) you can risk rebound hypertension if you dont wean off them properly. Personally I take my BP twice a day. Am and Pm (before meds). Keep a log of numbers, how youre feeling when taken, and average of 2nd & 3rd number. Make sure to follow everything I stated in first comment and sit for about 5 min in that position before taking. Take that to you doc and it will honestly make you feel alot better seeing the average is not nearly as high as the one doctor visit or random high reading

  4. Have noticed the hydroxyzine has stopped at lot of my chest pains. I've been checking mine in the am, after work, and pm like a hour or 2 before bed. Am this morning it was 120/75, so i just took that as is and went to work lol. After work I had some high ones, I took a good bit of them too, 152, 148, 134, 134, 129. Then just a little bit ago was the 2 130s and the 2 117s. All diastolics were good. And to mention my blood sugar is also good.

  5. Im gonna do Kasso style livestreams / videos with famous skaters, big things coming on my twitch/personal channel 😅 maya and ludwig are my inspiration

  6. Best of luck to ya brother. Skating on twitch could very well "livin" the sport back up

  7. I was doing lots of research and this is what I mostly found as well, and or just using 3 readings and averaging them unless the 2 last ones are similar. I took a reading just now 3 times and was about 130 average. Gonna try hydroxyzine that I was prescribed as well as garlic, potassium, fish oil, and magnesium tablets. I'm relatively healthy, 29 6'0 at 178 lbs, and i just want my bp to be lower while I'm young so I can age healthy. I want to skateboard till I'm in my 60s.

  8. Definitely experiment with shoes/brands. Vans muska aren't too bad on wide feet. Fallens are ok if you are order a .5 size larger.

  9. thank you so much dude, i hit a shitty ollie but haven’t been able to replicate it. since i’m not that good at riding yet i figured id try some stationary things

  10. Get better at riding before you get to tricks, imo. You're gonna need that built in balance and compusur to land an Ollie and more.

  11. Ride a lot, hell if there's a store like a mile away, ride there to buy a drink and ride back. Bend your knees. You'll build a strong composure of your board the more you're on it. Don't stress it.

  12. If you just skate the whole park and kinda get in their way they usually move on

  13. We usually gather up in a pack of 4 and do this. Literally hit every piece of equipment with little regard to surroundings like we're going insane. Usually, if the parents are watching, they get their kids using the ramp as a slide or the rail as a balancing post

  14. This looks more like trauma/bruise than a fungus. Monitor it for a couple of weeks. It will grow out with your nail if it's a bruise.

  15. I have a few spots that I had and went away, however every now and then rarely the same spots will come back, but they're more easily tameable.

  16. Should note this is what it looks like after a week of having the rash. It was bumpy and scaly but now, for the most part, is skin level. The rash on my wrist will be pretty red in the morning but more later on turns almost skin color. I used calamine lotion up until yesterday and gave up on it to try using lotrimin. I also took a bleach bath a few hours ago.

  17. This almost certainly points to eczema / dermatitis (reading the symptoms). Those are not typical symptoms of folliculitis, but more of follicular dermatitis / eczema

  18. also, how would it spread to my feet and wrists?

  19. how long does it typically last for? anything i can do to help tame it and make it go? im an avid skater and this is putting a huge brake on me :(

  20. im a lab tech, not an engineer first of all, but i got insight. Really as an engineer/lab tech sorta role your main focus will be classifying the soil, learning atterbergs and -200 washes and soil types like a-1's. but having a good understanding on soil classifications will probably be the best bet for you.

  21. p much try to get into more Geo testing (like what your drillers bring in/borings)

  22. I went from benadryl to Claritin and that's it

  23. Damn I just noticed I made that switch practically the same time the rash started.. would be crazy to be allergic to that or not the other though righ?

  24. The spots don't feel raised and no joint pains or fevers. Basically no effects other than slight itchiness. Seems to.be only skin deep redness. I had a bout with a wierd case of shingles in October that I still have a bit of neuropathy from, but mostly in my arm.

  25. curious if you found out what it was

  26. They itch/burn? It looks like eczema. Try a cortizone cream for a week and see if it helps

  27. I have this too but I also have razor cut hairs so they are rough like a man’s beard .. it’s very uncomfortable but that will all be changing soon.

  28. Keep me updated and I'll keep you updated lol. I took an oatmeal bath a d put calamine lotion on it today.

  29. Should add it doesn't itch, only burns, and it burns where the most clusters of them are which is under my ass/ thighs

  30. I get this as well. On armpits and thighs under my ass. I like it believe it's a mix of a heat rash/sweat rash that's just getting infected from sweat/clogging. Get healthier soap, exfoliate.

  31. Following because I get this same thing. My doctor says it’s KP… but idk

  32. I'm leaning more towards a bad heat rash that got inflamed and infected from my sweat. Least I hope.

  33. Just my p10c OR SR last week, can attest it's a great gun, 300 rounds went smooth. Only downside (they don't bother me, but some of my buddies) is the back grip is quite aggressive.

  34. I worked for 4 different labs, sadly it's the normal. If they don't give out passing results, clients will just go to a lab that will hand them out.

  35. Just imo, never buy secondhand ones unless you know the person it came from. It could easily be water logged/left in a garage (soaking in heat), etc..

  36. Could be a host of issues, but the main culprits are:

  37. I Frankenstein'd an old grabber they had and it works just fine now. I'm thinking the new grabbers they're making are just poor quality. Tried about everything with the 3 new ones, and nothing.

  38. Almost always the catch. Part 33 on the ploog replacement part schematic. The spring wears out and so the plate doesn't push out as far as it should.

  39. I honestly just think it's the new grabbers they're making...I just Frankenstein'd a real old grabber and it works just fine. The 3 practically brand new ones went bad in less than a month. 🤷‍♂️
