1. Literally wore a hat on a date once and my then boyfriend spent half the evening singing ‘You’re So Vain’ under his breath, and then nearly had an aneurysm when another man walked past our table and said “nice hat!”. Sorry, was just reminded of this stupid story.

  2. And to think many thought pillen was better than Herbster

  3. Exactly. How many voted for Pigpen because we didn't want a Trump controlled governor? And now we have a Trump controlled governor. It's so gross.

  4. It's unclear to me why everyone is making this so complicated.

  5. I have horrible night sweats. I tried lots of things but nothing fixed them.

  6. There is no nuance. There is no common ground. Lying forced-birthers do not deserve respect. Women deserve autonomy.

  7. You can look up property owners on the Arc GIS viewer. Looks like that intersection is the private property of TKG LINCOLN CROSSING LLC which owns the property that Crunch is on. So tell them to talk to their landlord I guess.

  8. Or you look up TKG Lincoln Crossing on the Nebraska Secretary of State's website and give notice to their registered agent of an unsafe situation on their property....

  9. Then I'm sure he'll get right on it. This is most likely his number one priority. /s

  10. Legal answers always get wordy, but I'll try to be clear and short.

  11. Thank you for being helpful in your reply and not over wordy! it was very easy to read! i probably will have more questions and want name sand such. i am sorry this is a late reply, but as i said, i don't do reddit a lot so it's a back burner "kind of forgot" ordeal haha!

  12. I just saw your reply. I'm not always here either.

  13. Why does securing the border make someone a piece of shit exactly?

  14. Because they aren't "securing" the border. They are trying to inflict bodily injury onto people.

  15. How though exactly? Why is creating a barrier at ILLEGAL points of entry into the country an attempt to inflict bodily injury on people?

  16. Why is it made out of razor wire? What's the point of that? What does razor wire do to people to keep them away?

  17. My brother got summer jobs in the 80s paying $10 per hour to paint houses. I got a summer job of "babysitting" my cousins (essentially a live-in nanny) for $0 per hour.

  18. It absolutely was not! We had a dude attacking people with a skid loader in the Home Depot parking lot. So a pretty big news day.

  19. Dude is NOT a great person. He's always been a spineless jackass who chases power and $$$. He gas no principles.

  20. Innocent until proven guilty buddy. Did you not see his tweets where he said I urge you to stay peaceful? (Formerly liberal Twitter took those tweets down BTW). Or the video he released moments after asking all rioters to return home peacefully this isn't the way to go about it?

  21. Does spreading misinformation pay well? I'm looking for a WFH job and I'm super good at making things up.

  22. Lincoln Cabinet did ours. Good communication, well organized, no problems.

  23. Get him out of the house and away from the internet. Walks, games, coffee, movies, find something budget friendly. Casually steer him toward new hobbies that can be time-consuming. Send him links to YouTube videos of funny animals or amazing nature shots or cool sports plays or anything noncontroversial.

  24. Its seemingly an older fascination that he's not as engrossed in anymore. Hes been following Qanon since the beginning and has read every single post but there also hasn't been a post in over a year.

  25. Who cares if it's guaranteed to fail? It sends a message. I signed it. Maybe it will make him dial down his hatred of Nebraskans.

  26. Republicans are spite monsters. It will make him dial it up.

  27. Maybe. But to just smile and take it doesn't do any good, either.

  28. I just joined the union because of this. Only reason I never joined before was because I had been told by others that I couldn't because I'm a "rules-covered" employee. Looked into it and found out that I can. I just don't get collective bargaining. The other benefits are worth it.

  29. What did we expect from a man who used a baby as a prop?

  30. Here's another thing I just pulled from him. He doesn't like banks/credit cards tracking gun (firearms, accessories, ammo) purchases. Neither do I. I don't like the banks being able to profit off my purchase history. But his simple gif reaction tells me he's more than willing to use the banks to police abortions

  31. Come on now. He put TWO whole days into his thoughtful, eloquent response. You think gifs just grow on trees?

  32. He's just working from home. Don't worry. I'm sure he'll be in the office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm starting January 2d.

  35. This is what a 22 week old fetus looks like.

  36. Those are also pictures of babies who were born alive. A fetus that died in the womb and was starting to decay would likely look much different. A 22 week pregnancy, but did she have a 22 week developed fetus?

  37. An abortion is between a woman and her husband and doctor and lawyer and judge and a jury of her peers.
