1. Ya if you go to the below deck website it has a place to apply. They say that you have to have 2 years experience in yachting but that is probably not actually requires

  2. Didn't Malia only get her certification 2 weeks before getting onboard? If she'd been on boats for 2 years, surely she would've already had that?

  3. I think in Germany most rentals don't come with even a kitchen, just a room where a kitchen should be and the tenant needs to fit it out. Tenants literally remove the entire kitchen and leave an empty room when moving.

  4. Go through your emails, find the bond notification from the bond authority in your state, submit the claim. You can submit the second you have keys over. Despite what they say, you don't need to wait for REA's to initiate the claim.

  5. A few past crew have said on pod casts, interviews etc that usually on that size boat there would be a crew chef, sous chef and chef onboard. They would also have a 4th or 5th stew whose sole job is laundry with third and second stew on cabins and service and head stew largely doing admin and night service. There would also be 4 or 5 deck hands not including bosun.

  6. It's probably why so many of the chef's they get have tantrums over cooking crew meals because there is normally a crew chef onboard cooking specifically for crew.

  7. Pretty sure that's one of the tiny townhouses down at Polaris the old LaRundall psych hospital site. All the places for even sale down there are ridiculously over priced, looking at real estate website the rents are just as ridiculous.

  8. I had a doordash driver last week call me after accepting delivery and the tracker showed their car at the pin for pickup and told me to cancel the order because they couldn't pick it up. I was like, nope you cancel it, if I cancel now I don't get a refund and I don't get my meal. If you cancel another driver will pick it up and deliver it. She was like "whatever" and hung up. She cancelled and then 2 mins later another driver was assigned and picked it up and delivered.

  9. You mean you don't want the sound of glass bottles being clanged around with the sound of industrial motors cutting through the silence sporadically through the night like

  10. Not a single one in my area are near houses, they are in parks and shopping centre car parks, nowhere near houses.

  11. That's amazing, you live where every one of the return places are!!? So good you can speak for every location, you're very fortunate to have omnipresence

  12. Have a look at any of the maps of the machines, they are in large parks, back of supermarket or shopping centre car parks and industrial areas not nextdoor to homes. Great to know you don't know how to use basic search functions.

  13. That's an American accent. Is this in America?

  14. Yeah this video has been doing the rounds for a few years. It's a rehab/sanctuary type place in Colorado I believe.

  15. Most farmers I know would shoot the cunt and be glad they have a few weeks worth of dog food.

  16. This video is from a kangaroo rehabilitation place, not a random farm. It's also not in Australia.

  17. For everyone getting all people these days don’t forget that when we were kids in the 80s and 90s no parents ever picked up anyone- you were on your own in and out of everyone’s house. I don’t think it’s nearly as bad as people are thinking. 12 year olds are year 7 or possibly even year 8. As if they want their parents chatting to each other, ew so embarrassing.

  18. In 1990 I was 4, during the nineties all the kids parents picked up from playdates/sleepovers/hangouts. Only a couple lived within walking distance of each other and even then got picked up and parents got out of cars. When I was 15/26 mobiles started to become more a thing so get a text, but before that they got out. Honking is just rude.

  19. I now own my home, my bank asked for proof of employment and income and copy of my driver's licence. Looking at what my friend who is applying for rentals is required to provide is so far above what is requested for a mortgage.

  20. In Australia, a lot of the time you need to have a pre approved application to even view the property or they won’t show you through lol

  21. One of my friends is trying to get a new rental, she's having the issue that if you haven't been marked as inspected the property you need a code to submit the application, but to get the code you need to register to attend the inspection to be marked as attended to get the code or unlock the application form to be able to submit an application. It's ridiculous.

  22. I have a mob of 30 kangaroos, Echidnas and foxes that live behind my house. One echidna, Eddie, is the biggest trouble maker, he keeps finding his way into our building lobby through the carpark and let's himself out the front door.

  23. Just "poor tram driver"? 🫤 This was NOT a suicide regardless of our prolific posting friend in comments

  24. Regardless if someone stepped out in front of the tram by accident or on purpose, there is still a negative impact on the driver that couldn't stop in time, couldn't swerve, couldn't do anything but slam the brakes and see the person being hit by the tram.

  25. Send an email with the reference number with an attached copy of the letter and death certificate and clearly state the person addressed to is deceased and no further communication will be entered into.

  26. They’re not guests—they’re cast members on a reality show. Sometimes I look them up after an episode, and it turns out that most have been on other shows. They know the drill and come on the boat expecting to get back as much as they dish out.

  27. They are still guests, they pay to charter the yacht, albeit at a steep discount, but they are still paying for it. They don't get paid.

  28. Being a business, banks can refuse customers. The reason for him being refused would be the same reason he went to jail.

  29. If you go to jail due to financial crimes it will mean you are flagged as high risk and that will come up on every banks radar.

  30. The answer is clearly Yes, that is unreasonable (even in Law and Med I expect).

  31. It's not just international students who have this belief, so many local students think they will step out of uni and straight into 6 figure jobs including Managerial and Director position with no work experience in the field.

  32. Lol seriously? I’m in my last year in uni and my expected salary range for my first grad job is 50-70K

  33. There's a lot of delusion out there are very high expectations from uni students. My niece has showed me countless tiktoks of uni grads here, UK and US complaining they can't find a new grad job that pays 6 figures or not getting managerial and director positions and going to "old people instead".

  34. She had a hard night trying her hand at interior design and exhausted from her hard work. She just wants to be appreciated.

  35. I mean, I did know it and so did a lot of other people who watched because it was announced as the last episode before it aired and they did a good bye with time of your life playing.

  36. Well she liked her good enough to give Ariana some head or the other way around I forgot which way it went 🤣🤣

  37. She gave Ariana head in the back seat of Sandovals car whilst he was driving

  38. It’s so ironic how Lala and Scheana acted like Raquel/Rachel was the literal devil during Scandoval but seemed to completely forget that they BOTH have been with married men.

  39. Ariana acted the same way, she was Toms side piece well before him and Kristen broke up, she then taunted, antagonized and gaslight Kristen for years on camera and then shocked that Tom found a new side piece. Tom did exactly to Ariana with Raquel what he did with her to Kristen.

  40. Last time I offered to switch with one of my friends when I said I was tired and they responded with that crap. I was like sweet, I'll be a SAHM for a week and you can take my schedule for a week and we'll regroup on Sunday to discuss why invalidating how tired I am is them just being a dick and they don't have any monopoly over being tired because they have kids. Tired is tired, it's not a competition.

  41. Are you talking Melbourne CBD or metro Melbourne/greater Melbourne?

  42. Some things you have to. Getting a mortgage, bank cheque and other "serious" things you have to with some banks.

  43. My husband and I didn't step foot in a bank when applying for our mortgage, was done purely online. Plenty of banks no longer require in person appointments for mortgage applications.

  44. Overall it seems to be accurate, however, it is strange that they only have Hobart labelled instead of the capital (Canberra in case you don't know) or any of the larger cities such as Sydney and Melbourne.

  45. I feel like it's because it's detached and maybe they wanted to make a point it was part of Australia and not a mystery country/island.
